His names Allan , he had good customer service and was genuinely friendly , he also whipped up my drink that he suggested and it was so good! Allan you don’t got unnoticed , keep it up!“

“This Starbucks is perfectly situated off the 5 freeway and Redhill, making it a great grab-and-go location. As expected from Starbucks, the food, drinks, and service were all excellent. What really stood out to me was the spacious and bright atmosphere created by the large windows. It's a cool spot to relax, enjoy your favorite drink, catch up on work, or simply people-watch. Definitely recommend this Starbucks!“
“I love this Starbucks location. The ladies who work here always pleasant and polite and always talk with a smile, despite the fact they are constantly busy. If management is reading this, they deserve a raise or a big Christmas bonus. One temporarily minor first-world problem is that there construction takes up some parking lot spaces during Nov-Dec 2023.“
“I just had one of the most impressive experience at this Starbucks! I came in and just needed a water. Sometimes you simply feel parched and only H2O will do the trick. The girl who helped me was Rachel and her customer service is top-notch. As she handed me my water I asked her what her favorite drink was. She said that she had been taking cold brew, then steaming it with some cream and brown sugar syrup flavor… I mean, whaaaaa?! Taking a cold brew and steaming caused my brain to malfunction. I told her that it sounded awesome and she encouraged me to try it sometime. I fully intended to ask for it on my next visit. I got to work on my iPad, and minutes later, Rachel calls me over. “Here, I made you a drink,” she said. Lo and behold, it was that cool concoction she was describing! I was so taken aback by her generosity and customer service. Frankly, I had never had that happen to me at a Starbucks. She reminded me of that special customer service you sometimes experience at a small, family-owned cafe where the owner goes out of their way to make you feel like a VIP customer. Truly, Rachel making me that drink shocked me enough that it inspired this review! I have been to COUNTLESS Starbucks locations but this event took customer service to another level. Thanks Rachel, your secret menu drink was the best thing I had tried all month! And thanks to Kelsey for being the manager of a great location. Rachel, this drink needs a name!“

“In the "OC" this morning had to get a Starbucks after my morning drive. Found this Starbucks which is totally different than most...they don't have their own seating area and instead rely on the seating that comes with the property where they are located. No drive thru just walk up and mobile order business. Seen lots of ebbs and flows of people picking up their order or walking up to order like me...and this team of barista's are fast. Mobile order people are are gone in 5 sec...faster than any drive thru. I waited for my uncomplicated nitro cold brew, less than 30 sec. My only ding is the lack of comfort, I'm passing this place by in the middle of winter cause sitting outside is cold. Heck, it's cold this morning.“
