Starbucks in Costa Mesa

“I wanted to take the time to recognize & show appreciation for Kelsea barista cashier partner at this specific location. Her attitude presence energy & drink making skills are on point. Great personality genuine! I come by here & there semi regularly & I am always relieved when I see that she will be making my drink. Her drinks are perfection & I dont have to feel like Im being picky for wanting no foam on my latte. Worth it everytime. Huge asset they are lucky to have her.“

“This starbucks is so nice! I used to come here as a kid with a friend, and coming back again it was really nice to see the same charm that emanates from this coffeeshop. The music was beautiful and not overwhelming, just the right volume, and with their selection of Pride themed music or old jazzy songs, it was really nice to sit here and pass the time. Also, Jo the barista is soooooooooo dreamy. I know that this shouldn't go into a review, but his positive energy and light made this Starbucks such a wonderful place.“

“I like this location, but out of all the Starbucks I've been to, I wouldn't say it's the coziest.

On the plus side, there's a seating area with tables right across from the counter, and every table has power outlets, which is great if you want to work.
The downside is that the air conditioning blows directly onto those seats, so it can get pretty uncomfortable.
Also, you can sit outside, but near the road it's too loud.

Another drawback is that it's quite difficult to find parking around lunchtime.

One thing I really like, though, is that they almost always have the Ham & Swiss sandwich, which is my favorite, as well as the Grilled Cheese.“

This is an appeal for customers, but especially for the manager of this cafe: such as this employee is hard to find, please take care of her. I've been to many places and expensive restaurants, but I've been served worse several times than in a regular coffee establishment. Thank you for your work and for your service.“

“I come to this Starbucks almost every weekend and they are always amazing! This morning I had an issue with how I ordered my mobile order and they fixed it for me quick and easy right as I showed up even though my order was already made. This place is great. What really stood out to me, though, was the environment. The seating area is beautifully designed, with very comfortable couches and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the outdoor seating — it’s spacious, pet-friendly, and perfect for spending time with friends or getting some work done. “I went to pick up a cup of coffee and I was talking to the amazing barista and she was telling me about how busy their day has been and even though they had a call out these women in here are handling business and making the best coffee thank you for being there for us.“

It’s busy, so I hope there would be more seating and accessible outlets in the future. “The service is pretty good but it’s not consistent so I had to give it a four. The professionalisms and the hospitality of the baristas, runs the gamut. Lots of micro-aggressionaggression ….going around. If You know what I mean. 🥸“
