I was visiting from Santa Maria & walked to this location from my hotel two days in a row. Staff was pleasant & efficient. No complaints! Although I didn't drive there or use the parking lot, it was very poorly designed & the parking spaces are tight. It's a very busy location with constant traffic & the parking lot is very small. Most cars parked crooked & took up 2 spots which was very selfish on their part.

This Starbucks Coffee Company has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The team is incredibly nice, and every drink and snack is made with great care. Coffee and the welcomed refill were great. The manager is on her game, and customers are recognized with a welcome. The location is clean, and employees clean the windows. Baristas Leslie, Alex, and Vania are the sweetest and absolutely amazing. Orders are taken and prepared quickly and correctly. Their kindness, friendliness, and attentiveness make the experience feel welcoming. One morning, a barista named Erika was SO SWEET with an elderly mom. The spinach and feta wrap was hot all the way through. Another young girl was super sweet and positive. Customer service like this makes a big difference and keeps people coming back. A phone was lost here and kept safe until the owner returned, showing great honesty and kindness.
