Walked seven minutes from my hotel to Newport Blvd. Had a Flat White and muffin. Starbucks butter is always frozen hard. They haven't learned how to manage it like McDonald's. I like Starbucks coffee ☕ though ?

The attitude of these workers is horrible. Literally the WORST Starbucks I've ever continuously been to. They're so not personable, don't remember names, have personal convos that are inappropriate while customers are here. They're so snobby and unprofessional and make you feel stupid if you ask a question or something. Someone needs to come check from district and wipe out the whole team and get a new team here. I'm serious. Please consider this. It is so hostile here and of course when district is here they'll be fake and act nice and what not. Try and look on cameras

Cass the cashier was very kind caring and super friendly and nice to me , I bought a store cup also for more future discounts , very great teamwork three of them had very clean store and not that busy when I entered however I only cared for cashier who was very kind the rest treated me with disrespect and that's why I did not tip them at all only ten cents lol

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my life! We did a mobile order and it took 20 minutes still to get! They made my order wrong and made one of my drink iced. It's dirty and lacks customer service. One girl was on the phone the whole time instead of helping the other barista. I will never return!

Very hard to get into the parking lot as it’s on a 3 way street intersection. The staff seemed a bit confused with their own menu. The only pro is the proximity to the freeway.Parking: Free parking ONCE you make a few u-turns and finally park. Very hard to get into the parking lot as it’s on a busy 3 way street intersection.
Ordered a trenta Strawberry Açaí Lemonade drink for pick up was never greeted like everyone else that came in after me my drink didn't even have strawberry pieces in it like they usually come with Poor customer service by the guy making the drink and the cashier.

I got caught up in a meeting today and had totally forgotten about my latte I had ordered on the app for pick up. When I arrived, I apologized and asked if there was anyway they could just heat it up a bit for me. Zeffe went above and beyond and completely my latte. It was perfect. Don't miss this quiet hole-in-the-wall Starbucks at the end of 17th. There's a reason I pick this one over the other five locations on the same street! Thanks Zeffe

Always a consistent experience and for that I'm grateful. Enjoyed Hot Apple Cider and warm Banana Nut Bread this morning on my way to an appointment this early rainy morning. Usually I'm an app ordering patron, but today I was out of town and this was close to my destination. Counter service with a smile was greatly appreciated and the order was processed promptly.

Bench seating available for pickup. 4 small tables inside for dining in. This is a pickup and go location with an awkward design for ordering setup with little room to wait in line, but tons of room for pickup ?♀️
