I placed the mobile order. I waited more than 10 minutes longer than the scheduled completion time.I stood there for a long time at the pick-up area, but none of the employees cared.

I got the mocha cookie crumble and asked for no whip on the top for the bottom of the drink. However, they still added it and when I went to go ask for a remake all they did was scrape the top whip cream at the top and hand back the same drink. I also saw someone ask for a strawberry acai lemonade remake as the one they had just tasted like water. All they did was add more frozen strawberries and handed the same drink back to the person.

This is unlike any Starbucks reserve that I've been to, and I've been to quite a few. It's messy inside , however, they were very busy for a Saturday during the holidays. I don't think it was a matter of not having enough people because they did have quite a few staff members making coffee. I just don't think that they were experienced with making all of the holiday drinks so it was very slow.
