As expected from a Michelin-starred restaurant, the service was excellent and incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely outstanding.

The restaurant is located inside South Coast Plaza, on the Penthouse Level, near Louis Vuitton, making it a very upscale spot. Guests have enjoyed celebrating special occasions here, with some describing it as one of the best dinners they've ever had. The menu includes a variety of dishes such as the Crescent Farm duck, which many consider the best they've tasted. Despite the high prices, Knife Pleat remains a top choice for a memorable culinary experience.
