I placed the mobile order. I waited more than 10 minutes longer than the scheduled completion time.I stood there for a long time at the pick-up area, but none of the employees cared.

What a disgrace to the brand this location is. The bathroom would fail any city health inspection. The time for a simple drink runs triple any busy Starbucks. Understaffed or don't care I'll go with don't care Politely mention Al all of the above to the young woman manager who shrugged. If Starbucks owns this location. They need a store check and solve to end the grumbling of the clientele and the way it operated. Massive fail

While Christmas shopping, we stopped in to get coffee. We ordered and were waiting for our drinks . The store was busy with a line of people waiting for their drink orders as well. A male staff member was making drinks but stopped to talk to the couple who just bought gift cards. After five minutes, he stopped making drinks, continued laughing with the couple (it was obviousthey knew each other) The male staff proceeded to walk past the register, opened a draw at the end of the counter and pulled out a plastic bag, handing it to the female of the couple he was talking to. He then asked them what they wanted to drink. They responded by telling him, and he made them their drinks. One of the customers who were waiting in line asked why they received their drinks while the rest of the people in line were still waiting. The male staff responded, "It's none of your business!" She asked him his name, and he laughed and said, Alex, Bye!" The ladies' question was valid as we had been waiting for 15 minutes for our drinks. Alex was not only rude but obnoxious as well. When asked about my drink, he responded, "I never received your ticket for the order and rolled his eyes at me. Never have I experienced such rude behavior from a Starbucks employee. I will NEVER go back to this Starbucks again!

I got the mocha cookie crumble and asked for no whip on the top for the bottom of the drink. However, they still added it and when I went to go ask for a remake all they did was scrape the top whip cream at the top and hand back the same drink. I also saw someone ask for a strawberry acai lemonade remake as the one they had just tasted like water. All they did was add more frozen strawberries and handed the same drink back to the person.

This is unlike any Starbucks reserve that I've been to, and I've been to quite a few. It's messy inside , however, they were very busy for a Saturday during the holidays. I don't think it was a matter of not having enough people because they did have quite a few staff members making coffee. I just don't think that they were experienced with making all of the holiday drinks so it was very slow. Very confusing. we ordered two separate drinks same order Drink came out the next drink came out 15 minutes later I cut them some slack because it is the holidays .. It's inside South Coast Plaza on the second floor. Quite easy to get to from outside if you park in just the right spot . I had their oat milk gingerbread latte. Delicious.!!!

However if you're coming from the north side at the Forever 21 entrance, it will be on the same level as the parking lot. This place is usually quite busy especially during lunch and dinner time as there will be a lot of people getting drinks here while they wait for their table to be ready. Their drinks are on par with any Starbucks. I will almost always place my order ahead of time on their mobile app and swing by to pick it up with very minimal wait time.

So I've been searching for a new release Starbucks tumbler that been sold out everywhere. Yesterday I checked in this store too and didn't see it either. Then I bought a drink anyways and while I was waiting for my drink I saw something REALLY interesting. A barista at cashier brought the tumbler that I've been looking for from the back room and scanned it!! (Buying for herself). My husband came and asked her if there was anymore for us to purchase, she replied that it all sold out -.- Like wow, I've read online on reddit that these hot merchandise never make it on the display shelves for customers to buy because their employees already bought it for themselves and their family. Today I got to witness that. Very disappointed.
