GREAT udon place in South Coast Plaza- always stop by when I am around shopping. It can get a busy on the weekends but the weekdays are perfect to sit down and eat. My personal favorite is Kitsune udon with potato and tofu tempura :D Very reasonably priced and the udon is delicious. There is also a location in West LA (Little Osaka) but this location is so much more convenient for me. Parking is super easy- lots of free parking at South Coast.
This was my first visit to this store. I used the app to make my purchase in order to save time and get rewards points since I didn't know if I could get points for buying my food at the store. In any case, we got our food and noticed a free table and two chairs so my son and I sat down to eat the food we just purchased via the app. After a moment, an employee accosted us and said we can't eat our to go order in the restaurant. When it’s crowded you know it’s good but not always easy to find seats. My favorite is the Beef Miso Udon with a chicken cutlet. Noodles are never overcooked and you are free to make adjustments to the toppings.
