Starbucks in Laguna Beach

“I have had nice experiences with this Starbucks. I have always had great customer service, and I appreciate that it is dog friendly. Staff make an effort to greet repeat customers in a way that acknowledges they remember you. I have twice come to this location around 7.45/7.50 m, and been told all the machines were shut down for the nite. This seems crazy to me, as the store closes at 8 pm. I don’t know if this is a case of staff gone rogue, or if this is company policy. Either way, it’s disappointing. You made a promise to serve coffee until 8 pm by posting this as your closing hour. There are no other coffee shops to get coffee at this time, so I do tend to come on the later side and really look forward to it. It’s such a bummer when I can’t get a cup of coffee anywhere because they decide to close early.“
