My order was prepared quickly, exactly how I like it, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. It’s clear that Steve and his team truly care about customer satisfaction and create a positive environment for everyone who walks in.

“I absolutely love this Starbucks in San Juan Capistrano! I visit once a week, even though I live in Irvine, and the customer service is consistently outstanding. Today, I ordered my usual latte, but I forgot to add a caramel pump. The barista, with a warm smile, kindly added it for me—and to my delight, there was even a cute foam heart on top! They truly put love into every cup. If you’re in the area, this Starbucks is a gem—they always greet customers by name with a smile. Highly recommend!“
