Starbucks in Mission Viejo

“I'm one of *those people* who reserve five stars for truly outstanding considerations. I've been working here on my laptop all day every day this week. This location is five stars.

Each barista is attentive, friendly, and personable while not being overbearing—they match the energy of vivacious regulars and taciturn stop-bys.

Restrooms are clean. Seating is comfortable. Tables are arranged and spaced perfectly around the interior and exterior. Their playlist is an upbeat yet unobtrusive blend of pop subgenres from circa 2010 and today.

And the coffee is good, though I've always been partial to Starbucks over other corporate chains, unfortunately.

The only thing even close to a negative worth mentioning is that the outlets are a little loose and flaky on power output, but that's more the fault of the NEMA receptacle standard.“

“Absolutely amazing service couldn’t be happier with the customer service. I went on December 31, 2023 at 10 AM, and the wonderful woman with the blonde hair was the absolute sweetest and most kindest person I have ever met in customer service, and she deserves a raise. I was in such a rush that I didn’t get her name. That’s why I included the date and the time because she was absolutely wonderful and I was very satisfied when I left.“

“Got Starbucks today with their passion ice tea as a refreshing drink and then ordered a few other items for later. My wife wanted a cappuccino and I got a cafe misto. The drinks are always fantastic. We also picked up a few of their snowman ⛄️ holiday cookies which are dangerously good. Excellent customer service. Chill ambiance.

“Had a great experience at this Starbucks location. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, which really set the tone. My food and drink came out super quickly, which I really appreciated.

The store itself was also very clean and well organized, making it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy my order. Overall, excellent service and a great atmosphere, I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Obviously in this area consumers have many Starbucks locations to choose from. Of the half dozen stores within several miles this one has the best feel. It's a good size, has plenty of parking and seems less hectic than most other locations even at peak hours. For those with mobility issues, this location has better entrance and exit set ups as well as good tables for wheelchair seating with enough space to park and sit comfortably. Orders here have been accurate and the food has been hot. Overall, good job to the workers and managers.“

“Christian was alone towards closing and killing it with the long line and many drinks having to be made. Still communicated to the next customer that he was handling one more drink and would be right with them. All with an amazing attitude!!!! And making the drinks in an amazing time manner while not rushing! ALL ALONE!!“

The minute you walk in the door. Nothing but good vibes, friendly and personable. Every barista was personable with their customers. Sorry, I did not get the guys' and ladies' names. Excellent vibes and customer service. I did a mobile order and went to the wrong location. They said no problem. They are awesome .Thank you“

“Stopped in this morning for breakfast at Starbucks in Mission Viejo. John helped us out and what a terrific down to earth authentic individual. John was pleasant, witty, professional and efficient. We chatted a bit and even talked about the Beatles of Yesterday! I had a dark blend and egg white & spinach wrap and my wife had her favorite cappuccino with a croissant. Positive ambiance and one of our favorite locations.
