“I just came from this Starbucks, I’ve never been to this location but I’m glad I came to visit this morning. I had some extra points in my account and noticed they were expiring soon, so I decided to use them for a Bakery Breakfast; Ham & Swiss Croissant. When I pulled through the drive-thru, I gave them my name and let them know I placed an online order. The speaker (I’m not sure if this was Angelica or not) asked me if I wanted to add anything else to the breakfast. I declined and was told to pick it up at the next window.
This is where it gets funny. I pulled up and Angelica (the girl at the pickup window) confirmed my food item and then handed me napkins. But the way the napkins were folded and the way she gave them to me almost made me think she handed me an empty item! Haha
I looked at the folded napkins, like “where’s my food?” Haha. She proceeded to tell me the food would be right out. I guess I had expected her to hand me the Croissant right away not knowing that it still needed to prepared.
I ended up joking with her about it and we had a really good laugh!! We discussed the high gas prices and she told me a funny story about her and her mom also talking about the high gas prices.
Lo and behold, it was a great and uplifting interaction. I wanted to thank her with a review because I was feeling really down and defeated this morning, and her and (my husband) ended up making my day!!
Thank you, Angelica, also for your light and laughs and fun!!
5/5 ✨✨
Oh, and the Croissant? Also, 5/5. The croissant is very flaky and warm and the ham and Swiss cheese complement the bread so well. Paired with a bottle of water, this is wonderful pick-me-up breakfast.
Thanks, Starbucks!!“
“I haven't been to Starbucks in many years and was recently informed that I had money on my card, which is now an app with a picture of a card on it.
It even tells the server your name, so they don't need to write it on your cup or food bags; they have cute little print outs with your first name. The server was very pleasant and efficient.
The process was similar to the PCE, Pre-COVID Era. You order up and within minutes, like a magical ninja, the order appears with name tags all over the items. They still do the call-out to festively announce that your food has been prepared.
The clientele are still the computer crowd or social groups gathered around the public arena sharing life and all that it entails.
The prices seem similar or slightly higher than the 20-teens when I had frequented the Starbuckian domain, but not remarkably more expensive. I had to double down on egg bites and a crumpet with my grande latte, to spend my new-found fortune.
The soft chair was comfortable and rendered a good viewing area for the establishment.
It was good to reset the clock and see inside a Starbucks again. It was clean, well-kept, and vey inviting.“
“The service at this Starbucks is legitimately the best I’ve experienced in all of OC. Kota was SO kind and patient with my indecisiveness and answering questions and with my 2 crazy kids, and Kaylie made me the best matcha (with ART ?) I’ve ever had!“
“This is one of my favorite locations. Staff was super kind. I ordered 2 coffees, couple sandwiches, & sweets. Baristas already had a water with my order without asking. I left my sunglasses in the bathroom and staff made sure I got them back safely. Love this location.“
“Entire team is customer-focused and I noticed that from my experience with a manager, unfortunately I forgot to get her name. I had a very unusual request and the manager who helped me stayed late to help. This does not go unnoticed. Keep up the good work!“
“So impressed with this Starbucks! First, Kasey made me a sample for free of the Pink Drink with Energy! Excellent! Yum! And then Brittney made me the best Caramel Frappuccino I have ever had! And I have ordered these many times at many Starbucks! Just excellent with the perfect amount of caramel etc. Thank you for your kind and excellent service today! You made my day!!!“
