“This is not my first visit at this location. After reading the recent reviews, I was a bit concerned about the service. However, I Just went through the drive through and the young lady at the window couldn't have been sweeter. She asked us to taste our coffee before pulling away to make sure it was hot enough - it wasn't. So, we were told to pull around while they brewed a fresh pot. The young man who brought it out to us was extremely polite and wished us a good evening. Great customer service!“

I want the managers / any supervisors to know that Jacquelyn has gone above and beyond to help me MULTIPLE times on different occasions when I come into Starbucks.I am always greeted by Jacquelyn by my name as soon as I walk into Starbucks, and she takes her time to ask me how I am doing, and how she can help with my order. She makes me feel like an important customer, and I’ve seen that I’m not the only one she treats with exceptional service in this way.
