I want to commend an employee at the Starbucks located in Ladera Ranch in the Bridgepark Plaza. I want the managers / any supervisors to know that Jacquelyn has gone above and beyond to help me MULTIPLE times on different occasions when I come into Starbucks. I am always greeted by Jacquelyn by my name as soon as I walk into Starbucks, and she takes her time to ask me how I am doing, and how she can help with my order. I wanted to write a review to thank Jaclyn for her kindness one morning when I ordered on mobile to the wrong store. I come to this Starbucks a fair amount but I don’t think they recognize me as I always order mobile. Even though I didn’t know Jaclyn she kindly had my drink remade for me without charge even though it was my mistake. I know most baristas would not have done that so wanted to recognize her great customer service!
