I want to commend an employee at the Starbucks located in Ladera Ranch in the Bridgepark Plaza. I want the managers / any supervisors to know that Jacquelyn has gone above and beyond to help me MULTIPLE times on different occasions when I come into Starbucks.I am always greeted by Jacquelyn by my name as soon as I walk into Starbucks, and she takes her time to ask me how I am doing, and how she can help with my order. She makes me feel like an important customer, and I’ve seen that I’m not the only one she treats with exceptional service in this way. Jacquelyn is the reason I only go to this Starbucks location in Ladera Ranch.I would personally recommend Jacquelyn be recognized for her exceptional service, kindness, and personability, with the opportunity to receive a raise or a promotion. Thank you Jacquelyn, I can never thank you enough!

I wanted to write a review to thank Jaclyn for her kindness one morning when I ordered on mobile to the wrong store. I come to this Starbucks a fair amount but I don’t think they recognize me as I always order mobile. Even though I didn’t know Jaclyn she kindly had my drink remade for me without charge even though it was my mistake. I know most baristas would not have done that so wanted to recognize her great customer service!

Weird vibes from staff today then when I realized my receipt had 3 bread items when I bought 2, I went back and requested a refund for 1 item charged twice and he said “I saw you walk out with 2 bags” and I said yes “not 3” Very rude to blame the customer who was overcharged instead of saying “I’m sorry”I’m a great tipper AFTER my order is right and that doesn’t happen in Ladera.

Giving 5 stars just because.Watched some lady get upset because her coffee “wasn’t made right”Went on to cut everybody and made sure she got service first.Not sure what it is but people who do this are complete trash.Good customer service here.

Note: this Starbucks is closed on Christmas, it appears there is an error on Starbucks and Google. Starbucks is accepting mobile orders and taking money by mistake.

I enjoyed very much this coffee shop, friendly Staffs, peaceful and relaxing place, easy parking.They offer free wifi.I always felt like at home.

This has been my local neighborhood Starbucks for the last 11 plus years. Everybody there is super friendly warm and welcoming. The manager Jacqueline is awesome.

"Hair falls out every day as part of the body's natural renewal cycle. The American Academy of Dermatology note that it is normal for a person to lose about 500–1000 hairs each day."Now, how many of these end up in your drink at your local Starbucks? Did you ever sought of that? I did! And I find out out that 6 out of 10 drinks I order at several Starbucks, including this one, had an hair in it. If that is the case, why are not Starbucks complying with the California Health and Safety code HSC 113969 and Food code 2-402-11? Hair Nets!They follow all other codes: Wear a Mask, Do not provide straws, condiments to your customers, unless they ask. Could please anyone at Starbucks corporate office respond to this feedback?

I really appreciate their smile and great attitude to us. Whenever I visit and order with my broken English, they are always friendly and patient to listen to my order with big smile. And very quick service makes me happy and satisfied. !!!!!! Thanks a lot.!!!!

This is one of the best Starbucks in town. The customer service is superb! Everyone is super friendly very nice and accommodating. They know my name even if I haven't been in a few weeks they still remember me. Of course I love the toffee nut flavor. Thank God it's back I'm excited to go to Starbucks again!
