I want the managers / any supervisors to know that Jacquelyn has gone above and beyond to help me MULTIPLE times on different occasions when I come into Starbucks.I am always greeted by Jacquelyn by my name as soon as I walk into Starbucks, and she takes her time to ask me how I am doing, and how she can help with my order. She makes me feel like an important customer, and I’ve seen that I’m not the only one she treats with exceptional service in this way. Jacquelyn is the reason I only go to this Starbucks location in Ladera Ranch.I would personally recommend Jacquelyn be recognized for her exceptional service, kindness, and personability, with the opportunity to receive a raise or a promotion. “Thank you for the great service and playing 40s-50s music early this morning. My life was thrown up in the air 3/2020 by Goverments Plandemic2020.. and it's comforting to sit here with my coffee.. remembering my grandparents and a time before 2020 when people cared about each other and life was simpler. “I usually come to this location every 3 months or so because my daughter’s foot specialist is located nearby. ( we live about 2 hours away) every time I come, I’ve always had a very good experience. However, today was possibly the BEST one. I was walking in with my daughter (she’s a year old) the manager, I think he was one, was walking our same way, but walked a bit faster and opened the door and waited for us to come inside! That was very helpful, especially because both of my arms were busy. Then, while in the play place, we met Nubia. She was so kind and so hard working! They do their best to keep the place so clean. The high chairs looked cleaner than my baby’s chair at home, no offense to me! ? She was so sweet to my little girl as well and ensured everything was nice and clean for us. There was also a gentleman with glasses who was constantly cleaning as well but I didn’t get to ask his name. But I am so thankful to see such a great team. I thanked Nubia for her hard work and efforts to keep us feeling good here and she reversed Uno on me and told ME thank you for just being there!! Wow, talk about A+ kindness! Overall, great service and customer care. We will probably ALWAYS come here after each doctor visit. Lol“

“For reference, I usually don’t like coffee and generally prefer tea as a drink. That being said, I come here semi-often for roasted beans as gifts for other people, and the service is A+++ immaculate every time. I’m not knowledgeable about coffee beans but the workers will gladly answer any of your questions about the myriad of beans they have on display. They’ll also roast the beans for you, which will take about ~10 minutes or so.

I’ve also had one of their iced coffees and I loved the taste (though caffeine makes me hyper so I usually don’t drink anything with it that much). Highly highly recommend!!!“

“I tried the breakfast sandwich and it was fantastic! The flavors blended perfectly. My husband went for the Hawaiian breakfast with spam, and he thought it was delicious, packed with flavor, and very satisfying. I definitely recommend this spot for anyone wanting great coffee and a superb breakfast to kickstart their day.

“Great little historic cafe in San Juan Capistrano. Excellent coffee and other drinks choices with dairy and plant based milk offered. Pastries are delicious especially the banana bread, cinnamon bun, blueberry muffins and the vegan chocolate chip cookies. The people who work here are all awesome, at least every time I have been there over the years. It's an owner's philosophy it seems.“

“This is my favorite coffee in Orange County and I’m a coffee snob!!

First of all, they use organic coffee beans and organic whole milk as an automatic in the lattes!! This is literally my dream come true.

Each time I go, it feels like that small mom and pop coffee spot where you can have a convo with the barista and feel like it’s home.

I arrived and didn't know what to think as there were a ton of people. But the line only took 4 minutes annnnd the person waiting in line next to me was honestly one of the most personable humans I have ever met! Ends up, he owns the place, Adam. He co-founded it with my friend Mark that I ran into organically. Lots of coffee places come and go in towns, but this coffee establishment is a staple in this community... Locals know and love it as their "go to" place. Come see for yourself why!!;“

“This is my favorite local coffee shop in South OC! I love their iced lavender latte. They have a huge variety of flavors for coffee & more authentic tasting than a Starbucks. Wide variety of pastries, bagels, muffins, etc. All of their food is delicious & freshly made. I recommend the scramblers, salads & sandwiches. They have a nice patio for outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. The staff and owners are so sweet!

The croissant is both fluffy and crispy in all the right ways. The iced saffron and cardamom latte was also so good! I took a leap and tried something new and was not disappointed—in fact my expectations were fully exceeded coming to Diotima. Kian and the staff were so kind. The other customers were also so sweet. “I enjoy walking on the beach in the morning then stopping by bear coast for coffee I had a dark moca latte I bought a heavy bear coast mug to drink it in. The girls made the pretty design with the cream .sat out front on the little chair and table set visited with a friend and family. I Wish they still served the bear claw pastry or the individual berry pie. I like their teas also.“

“Went here twice New Year’s eve weekend as we were staying with family friends in the area. Convenient location, good selection of drinks, friendly staff. I got iced lattes both days (white mocha and honey vanilla). Boyfriend got vanilla cold brew and a salted caramel latte (both recommendations from the baristas). All our drinks were so good! We also had the almond croissant & nutella croissant. Other pastries looked great too! Would come again if we end up in the area!“
