I want the managers / any supervisors to know that Jacquelyn has gone above and beyond to help me MULTIPLE times on different occasions when I come into Starbucks.I am always greeted by Jacquelyn by my name as soon as I walk into Starbucks, and she takes her time to ask me how I am doing, and how she can help with my order. She makes me feel like an important customer, and I’ve seen that I’m not the only one she treats with exceptional service in this way. Jacquelyn is the reason I only go to this Starbucks location in Ladera Ranch.I would personally recommend Jacquelyn be recognized for her exceptional service, kindness, and personability, with the opportunity to receive a raise or a promotion. “This is not my first visit at this location. After reading the recent reviews, I was a bit concerned about the service. However, I Just went through the drive through and the young lady at the window couldn't have been sweeter. She asked us to taste our coffee before pulling away to make sure it was hot enough - it wasn't. So, we were told to pull around while they brewed a fresh pot. The young man who brought it out to us was extremely polite and wished us a good evening. Great customer service!“
“Made a large order right when they opened for breakfast. All the food was delicious and the service from the window to the morning manager who delivered my food was prompt and courteous. Despite two delivery trucks outside and obvious busy work going on, they managed my order with speed and efficiency. Don't always get the best service in fast food drive thrus, but today at this location I did. Good job.“
“The best coffee roaster I’ve ever been to in the states. When you buy their coffee beans, they are roasted fresh (only takes about 15mins!!) and the aroma in the cafe is just phenomenal. We stumbled upon this place today and will definitely be coming back. Their iced cafe au lait was delicious! 見つけて本当によかったです！☺️“
“This is a great place for delicious pastries. Small company, quiet inside, everything is freshly made into delicious. They try innovative new recipes for food and beverages, and their offerings Change which is fun! Their Cup of Joy latte is my favorite coffee drink. They are centrally located in Mission Viejo but are are not open every day, which is my only complaint!“
“Came here for a quick coffee and enjoyed the experience. Tim is the owner and was at the counter taking our order and making our coffee. He was very friendly and made a great cup of coffee and chai tea latte. He was just about to close but had no issue making us coffee. We sat outside on the bench, there is also seating inside. Next time will try some of his breakfast items.“
“My husband got the iced salted cream cold brew and I go the iced Lavendar vanilla latte. Both were so delicious! My husband got the Eggs Heidelberg and wouldn't get it again. The flavors didn't work for him. I got the Almond French Toast and I was in heaven!!! It was absolutely amazing and I would go there every morning for breakfast to eat that if I could!! 10/10 recommend. It's a self-service place, but the cashier/barista who took our order was nice. We sat in the far corner to have an ocean view and we loved it.“
“As a vegan and someone that can’t eat gluten too I was very happy to have two options to try from.I tried the maple gluten free vegan donut and it was fantastic. I don’t live in the US so it was great to find a place that caters to people with lots of restrictions like me.Before we left one of the employees brought me a free donut to try which was very generous. It was great as well ?Everyone was very upbeat and friendly. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.“

“My last review was so many years ago! We continue to love Lolas, we go almost every Sunday. They have so many vegan and vegetarian options. I love that they got rid of the plates and are back to serving food on the wood boards. My old favorite mixed berry flatbread wasn't as great a month or so ago, maybe because it wasn't berry seasons, but the Sunrise Flatbread is my new obsession. It is so good, just wish I could order it ahead on the clover app - there is some glitch that makes it requires to add 5 items on the flatbread in order to add it to your cart.“
