From the aroma of fresh, high quality coffee to the wooden earthy, natural color theme of the inside of the shop, it is a pleasant experience. The Japanese custom of paying attention to detail and caring for each coffee bean, much like sushi when it comes to rice, is surely not lost here. I am an impatient person, but I actually enjoy waiting here for my beans to be roasted. The black coffee is so good, it reminds me of my time in Japan.“

“I’m from SC. I wanted to surf fish while here and brought a rod/reel with me on the plane. I’m here for 5 days total. On day 1 I wanted to try a local doughnut. I saw they had gluten free. I don’t need it but my kids do. I bought some from a dude in a flannel shirt. I thought it weird, but it’s California so whatever. I got them back to the place we were staying and we all sampled about six different doughnuts. 🤯 OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! I’m a Krispy Kreme lifer but DANG THESE ARE GOOD. Today I went back and bought 6 more. These are expensive so there went my fishing budget but it’s worth it because my kids and enlaws loved it. My father enlaw said the maple bacon should be illegal it’s so good. Listen there are a lot of choices here but if you are going to try just 1 or several this should be your first stop and if like me it will be the only one you need. I’m not big on California, sorry, but the only thing better than the weather and scenery are these incredible doughnuts. 🤯“

I asked for light ice and they offer the option to either fill the space with more milk or cream, so I went the cream which is amazing and had a great flavor. The matcha itself has a nice earthy taste and was noticeable. The staff were very friendly and offered some recommendations. It only took a few minutes for me to receive my drink. “Hidden House SJC is located in the historic Los Rios District—California's oldest continuously occupied neighborhood. This location, near the train station and a short walk from the Mission, boasts beautiful surroundings to enjoy while sipping your coffee. Unless you arrive early, expect a wait, as the line generally extends out the door on weekends. The service is consistently very good and friendly.

​My only disappointment is that they stopped offering pour-overs at this location. It’s a bummer for those who appreciate the clarity of a manual brew, as their standard drip is decent but roasted much darker than I prefer.“

Personally, I don’t think I’ll be back, as the pho didn’t quite justify the price for me. That said, their business model is nice and efficient, catering well to the busy lunch crowd. A cool concept, but not my go-to for pho in OC.“

Honestly best croissant I've had and I've tried a lot. They sell out quickly it seems, cause it was early around 930am and the butter croissant was sold out. But was able to grab the chocolate croissant. Really soft and chocolate is tasty. Overall worth it.
Got a vanilla latte and it was tasty and smooth. Overall a good place that has good flavor and taste worth it if in the area. Forgot to take pictures but you have to try it to believe it.“

“I recently stopped by Choco Bean Coffee in Mission Viejo and had a really nice experience. I ordered the hazelnut coffee, and it was smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet. I also tried one of their bagels, which was fresh and satisfying. It’s a great spot for a relaxed coffee break with simple, good-quality options. I would definitely come back again for another cup.“

We were on our walk yesterday, Wednesday around 2 pm. No vehicles on the drive thru yet, so we just walked up to the window.

I got the Caramel Granita with oat-milk, it is like medium sweet drink, nice and refreshing.

The girl at the window was so patient, great suggestions, excellent customer service.

“Oslo Coffee in Ladera Ranch is an all around wonderful experience. We had a Match cold drink special w sourdough bagel topped w cream and raspberry. So delicious. The drinks are made w quality ingredients and love. I never liked matcha until Oslo, especially enjoy the one w lavender. Coffee is amazing. Always the kindest people I meet there. Enjoyed chatting wca beautiful young Momma and her baby. Highly recommend.“

“I ordered the 'Best Drink Ever' with banana cold foam. It was a bit sweet but a great drink regardless. The wifi wasn't very strong so I couldn't load most of my websites. Because it is by the beach, my cell service isn't great either so it was a bit difficult to do work there. My friend had the same problem. However, I think it is a great place to get coffee by the beach or if you are just meeting for a chat.“
