Favorite Starbucks. Always friendly, drink is always right!!
Worst Starbucks ever. Ckerk did not issue a receipt and after 20 minutes of waiting only to find out she botched the order. Not even an apology. I would have caught the error if I insisted on getting the receipt. I wonder how much of the money gets pocketed and go unreported as sales? It is good business practice to issue receipts (from owner or management perspective). Other shops even offer a free meal or service if clerk omits issuing a receipt.
