“Definitely a top tier Starbucks! This would be ranked at #2 for the best Starbucks I’ve been to thus far since the start of my roaming Nomad journey.

Pros: Plenty of parking. Nice clean big lobby. Plenty of seating with really comfortable chairs! Outlets for charging. Restroom doesn’t require a code. Super friendly staff. Good drinks. Napkins, Sugar, and Oat-milk available out in the lobby.

“My new favorite cafe!! The sitting and ambiance is absolutely stunning, relaxing, and chill. Lots of natural light and open seating with really comfy couches and benches. The coffee is BOMB. “A Japanese coffee roaster focused on hand-brewed coffee - I really enjoyed the Ecuador pour-over which tasted clean and bright. The beans are all roasted on site, with a massive selection available to purchase. It was refreshing to visit a cafe so dedicated to the craft of pour-over coffee!“

“The definition of a local hole in the wall, one-man show. Tim is cranking out orders and still has the sweetness to chat with his customers. Breakfast sandwich is delicious and just the right portion. Coffee is rich, strong, and not bitter. This is what coffee shops should be—local, intimate, quaint, and friendly. “I treat myself to a hot lavender latte with almond milk here almost every weekend. It is truly one of the best coffee drinks I have ever tasted, and it is consistently good. One time I waited in line over 20 minutes just to order this drink. Sometimes the line spills way out the door and onto the sidewalk. A bonus is that they sometimes have a vegan pastry or two available. The only downside, which they probably can't do anything about, is the seating. It is super small inside with a few tables outside along the sidewalk, but sometimes there are no open seats or only a few seats in the hot sun with no shade. It's still all worth it to come here though. They also play great music inside and the people working here are super sweet. I wish them much continued success.“

“I’m from SC. I wanted to surf fish while here and brought a rod/reel with me on the plane. I’m here for 5 days total. On day 1 I wanted to try a local doughnut. I saw they had gluten free. I don’t need it but my kids do. I bought some from a dude in a flannel shirt. I thought it weird, but it’s California so whatever. I got them back to the place we were staying and we all sampled about six different doughnuts. 🤯 OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! I’m a Krispy Kreme lifer but DANG THESE ARE GOOD. Today I went back and bought 6 more. These are expensive so there went my fishing budget but it’s worth it because my kids and enlaws loved it. My father enlaw said the maple bacon should be illegal it’s so good. Listen there are a lot of choices here but if you are going to try just 1 or several this should be your first stop and if like me it will be the only one you need. I’m not big on California, sorry, but the only thing better than the weather and scenery are these incredible doughnuts. 🤯“

“Got the iced blended coconut coffee. Tastes like I was back in Vietnam. Very sweet and coconut forward. Parking lot is small and line is always long, but their drinks are worth the wait (45 min wait at 11:30a on a Friday). My friends got their guava matcha and black sesame matcha, both creamy and delicious and full of matcha flavor.

“I had the banana cream matcha and it was very good. I asked for light ice and they offer the option to either fill the space with more milk or cream, so I went the cream which is amazing and had a great flavor. The matcha itself has a nice earthy taste and was noticeable. The staff were very friendly and offered some recommendations. It only took a few minutes for me to receive my drink. Overall nice experience.“

“What an amazing spot for a meal. I decided to try this establishment for the first time and wow! Yes, a grand slam. The place is quite popular and I did not even know it was here as I drive this area often. I ordered the California Omelet with fresh fruit and a cup of bold coffee and chose to eat outside in the patio. Isabella brought out my food and was kind, professional and efficient. I told her I was going to leave a review and she laughed and said if it's bad the name is Donnie. So worth a chuckle. All of the staff are friendly, kind and professional. I was even offered a free pastry for my first time visit but declined simply due to my diet and watching my intake. Lol A wonderfully positive ambiance.

“Hidden House SJC is located in the historic Los Rios District—California's oldest continuously occupied neighborhood. This location, near the train station and a short walk from the Mission, boasts beautiful surroundings to enjoy while sipping your coffee. Unless you arrive early, expect a wait, as the line generally extends out the door on weekends. The service is consistently very good and friendly.

​My only disappointment is that they stopped offering pour-overs at this location. It’s a bummer for those who appreciate the clarity of a manual brew, as their standard drip is decent but roasted much darker than I prefer.“

Honestly best croissant I've had and I've tried a lot. They sell out quickly it seems, cause it was early around 930am and the butter croissant was sold out. But was able to grab the chocolate croissant. Really soft and chocolate is tasty. Overall worth it.
Got a vanilla latte and it was tasty and smooth. Overall a good place that has good flavor and taste worth it if in the area. Forgot to take pictures but you have to try it to believe it.“

“I recently stopped by Choco Bean Coffee in Mission Viejo and had a really nice experience. I ordered the hazelnut coffee, and it was smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet. I also tried one of their bagels, which was fresh and satisfying. It’s a great spot for a relaxed coffee break with simple, good-quality options. I would definitely come back again for another cup.“

We were on our walk yesterday, Wednesday around 2 pm. No vehicles on the drive thru yet, so we just walked up to the window.

I got the Caramel Granita with oat-milk, it is like medium sweet drink, nice and refreshing.

The girl at the window was so patient, great suggestions, excellent customer service.

“I ordered the 'Best Drink Ever' with banana cold foam. It was a bit sweet but a great drink regardless. The wifi wasn't very strong so I couldn't load most of my websites. Because it is by the beach, my cell service isn't great either so it was a bit difficult to do work there. My friend had the same problem. However, I think it is a great place to get coffee by the beach or if you are just meeting for a chat.“

And I dunno what it was this past week but I had add ons to my cold brew (cream & I paid for syrup) and literally all I got was just the cold brew. I had to ask them a few times to add to it which was a lil weird.
