“Way better coffee than the chain coffee shops, and Chai is delicious too. They offer two chai selections, vanilla and spice, or mix the two. Small selection of pastries, which are average, packaged protein bars and juice shots, and a few breakfast items on the menu. Will try one of those next time. Friendly staff that you don't mind tipping, and cute, simple decor. Plenty of free parking.“

“IYKYK is an absolute gem! From the second I walked in, I was greeted by the most uplifting, welcoming barista. I happened to have a local shelter pup named Alpine with me, and the staff and customers treated him with so much love and kindness. It was genuinely one of the most heartwarming coffee shop experiences I’ve had.

“This is my favorite coffee shop in the area, hands down. I work remotely and stop by multiple times a week to get out of the house. They have super fun seasonal drinks, amazing flavored cold foam, and strong high quality coffee. Plus no upcharges for alternative milks. Pastries are delicious and so are their breakfast burritos.

Beyond the fantastic drinks and food, the staff is incredibly nice and part of the reason I keep coming back. Hospitality makes a huge difference, and they're doing it right. Absolutely no notes!“

I do wish that we had gotten each with less sweetener instead of regular, because all were on the pretty sweet side. the corn matcha lacked strength on the corn, as it was just the corn foam. the corn flavor and scent were a bit weak and it ended up tasting more like a regular matcha latte.“

She is a tremendous asset to the Laguna store, and her positive attitude makes each visit enjoyable. You can tell she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond and truly cares about the people she serves.

“All their drinks are good. Just make sure you have an hour to spend from the start of the line to getting your drink(s). Not bad if the weather is okay, but definitely not the most accessible for people with mobility issues.
The space inside is very minimal. Basically only in there to order, pay, and retrieve your drinks, but when you are in there you can see the whole staff working really hard to get your drinks out fast and with care. Seems like they work through a constant rush and are always super nice about it !“

“Rally tasty ( 5 star for food) but 3 star to team members timeline. I am really disappointed with your timeline of making things on time.

I specifically place orders with you online 20-30 minutes in advance before I come so i dont need to stand in line and yet when I arrive the person hasnt even at times started my order yet.
The reason I was given on the delay this time is because your staff needs to serve people in the store first and only then serve online orders. Please explain to me how is that the customer who just spent money with you 30 ago gets served after the customer who just arrived to you place?

If the management is reading this. Please understand that this isn't a one time situation (this is maybe 6th time this happened) and I hate leaving bad reviews but when it is a permanent situation obviously the staff needs to be trained to make orders in order they arrive and not serve customers who paid 20-30 minutes ago once they arrive to the store.

Personally, I don’t think I’ll be back, as the pho didn’t quite justify the price for me. That said, their business model is nice and efficient, catering well to the busy lunch crowd. A cool concept, but not my go-to for pho in OC.“

It’s a small reception counter with display of their loose leaf teas. Table & chairs outside. Limited parking but ample street parking.“
