Love their coffee but they're super slow, not friendly and they charge you for water. Isn't there a law that says that's not allowed? I'm spending $16 on 2 lattes and I've gotta go in (hassle) because you can't order water on the app and I've got to pay a dollar.
ordered through drive through. service/staff were pleasant. the chicken pesto sandwich was tasty and good value however 1/2 way through there was a hair or thread or fiber in it so threw it away. the biggest disappointment was the large black iced tea. tasted like the water that is run through the coffee machine. color was light and coffee taste. I guess that is what I get for getting tea at a coffee place!

Went to get a Caramel Ice Blended for my hubby and he said it wasn't good. I tasted the drink and it wasn't good. Went back in to return the drink and Hailey was kind enough to make me a new one and it was great. I normally don't do this, but there were 3 other workers, Hailey seemed to be the only one that was working hard and she knew her shit. BIG shout to Hailey. She was awesome, kind, and took care of business.
