“I live very close to this restaurant and occasionally I get a hankering for some good sushi. I do like how fresh their sushi is and it tastes pretty clean to me. I usually do takeout and it's ready in 10 or 15 minutes. I think this restaurant does a good business, especially on the takeout and while the Atmosphere is a little cold, I've even eaten here before but it is small. They do, however, have s sushi bar.”

“I took my mom there two days ago so she could get her favorite, the cold cut combo sandwich. My experience was made to be a wonderfully positive one, all due to the young man behind the counter who was also the sandwich artist who put my mom's sandwich together. Eric is a young man around 20, but his demeanor and customer service by far exceed that of his cohorts. At the time that our youth cannot even pried away from their mobile devices and Tic Toc, Eric was handling the store all by himself ( Hey Subway, this kid is upper management material, allow him to grow). The place was clean, and Eric was friendly and welcoming. He followed my mother's extra demanding and detailed order to take out the inside of the bread before making the sandwhich and cutting it into 4 pieces, and so on. Eric followed my mom's requests with a pleasant and kind attitude. Basically, Eric turned an ordinary visit to the local Subway into an extraordinary experience at the local Subway. Thank you for being kind and patient with my mother, Eric. I wish you the best, young man.!”

“Went to get a Caramel Ice Blended for my hubby and he said it wasn't good. I tasted the drink and it wasn't good. Went back in to return the drink and Hailey was kind enough to make me a new one and it was great. I normally don't do this, but there were 3 other workers, Hailey seemed to be the only one that was working hard and she knew her shit. BIG shout to Hailey. “My second time here and have to say the first time here wasn't a good experience food wise it was really salty but I figured it was just a bad night. 2nd time around was a complete opposite my wife and I got the Filet Mignon and was perfectly cooked mash potatoes were also a good choice I really liked the place and vibe will definitely return as the service was excellent.”

“The food is amazing. Very authentic pizza and the homemade pastas are unique and flavorful. The only downside on the menu is dessert. There is a hazelnut chocolate torte that tastes waxy, the panna cotta is good but not great and they add a lot of unnecessary toppings like black sesame seeds, and finally the gelato was icy, not creamy. I won't stop coming here because of the dessert but just be forewarned. If it's your birthday just hope they have tiramisu which is often the dessert of the day and quite good. Also, I don't understand the need for club music. It takes away from the ambiance. We always opt to sit outside where we can hear one another and they are more than accommodating.”

“Incredibly clean, with incredibly friendly & attentive staff! Brought my parents here for their first hot pot experience (it was my first time at Haidilao, too). We were greeted by Sharon, who, upon learning it was our first time, took a minute to explain how everything worked. She passed the word onto our server Earl, who turned out to be AWESOME. He explained everything in detail, guided us through the process, and mixed us a couple of complimentary sauces (!). Throughout the meal he was always nearby when we needed him, even though he was juggling us with other tables (which he also handled brilliantly! Could hear him making legit conversation with other patrons). The sauce bar included desserts & appetizers, and he made suggestions for which ones to try (they were all good)! He and Sharon were both very hands-on and helpful as we were packing up our broths to take home. They both took a lot of initiative and were genuinely “present” with us.The whole restaurant was also extremely clean & well-organized — there was obviously a lot of attention paid to both food safety and customer experience. Food was incredible of course. Very very impressed, and will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Dietary restrictions: The sauce bar includes labels & recipes for vegetarian and gluten-free sauces/ingredients, as well as labels for major 8 allergens (including soy). As I left, I spotted an area with candies (for children? while waiting for a table? I only glimpsed it) and each was clearly labeled with “CONTAINS WHEAT,” etc. If you have allergies and tell a staff member, I have no doubt that they would make recommendations and let you know what is available.”

“Just went here for the first time last weekend. The atmosphere was amazing. We got to sit on the couch which was comfy and spacious. The food was good, especially the bruschetta! There are about 12 different types to get. The iced tea was one of the best I have had, which sounds like an odd thing to say but when you try it you'll understand why. The Happy Hour prices are unmatched, best I have ever seen. Sadly couldn't partake this time but I will absolutely will be coming back soon.”

“After a long day at a conference at The Ritz, ten of us took an uber to this gem of a restaurant. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The smell of wood-fired pizza immediately set my mind on pizza and wine. We were greeted warmly and seated quickly. Everyone in our party raved about the food they ordered. Our server was delightful, fun, and knowledgable and she managed our party perfectly. I look forward to returning.”

“This little hidden gem in Irvine served up some amazing food. Ordering is easy through a kiosk. The food comes out packaged in take out boxes. There are a few tables in the restaurant for eating and some patio chairs outside. We ordered the pork banh mi, garlic noodles and pork belly, Thai tea and lychee lemonade. The banh mi was flavorful and had the perfect amount of meat. The garlic noodles and pork belly was my favorite. The pork was so crunchy yet still juicy. There's a green sauce for your noodles which was absolutely addicting. The Thai tea here was legit, on the level of any boba shop. I definitely recommend Saiga if you have never tried and craving some good Vietnamese food!”
