It’s legit Texas style BBQ. Their brisket is amazing and their beans are superb. The last time I went there, they had smoked meatballs which were amazing. Side note: a shoutout to the people in charge of the playlist there: I’ve been there 3 times already and always a good selection ?
If u want to try diff type of smoked meat, get smaller portions of each. 1 thick slice of brisket is about 1/4 lb. The point cut (fatty cut) of brisket was tender, nicely flavor but a bit on the dry side. The pork rib was moist, juicy n had a hint of nut/Carmel (sublime, must try).
