It just doesn’t get any better than this. I’m telling you, it’s the best ramen in America. The tonkatsu broth is cooked for 24 hours and you can taste the depth of flavor in every bite. The crispy chicken is a perfect starter. Served fresh and hot and super crispy. Edamame is fantastic as well as the pork buns. Amazing Ramen. I make sure to come here every time I am in Irvine. Completely worth the wait (I think it was about 45 minutes to get a table, but it is also Valentine's Day, so may not be the normal wait time)Vegetarian options: The menu is small, so the only ramen dish is the vegan ramen. But, it is so good. I would get it every time even if there were other options

The food was superb (once I got it)! I had the Tonkotsu Ramen which had an amazing depth of flavor and the chilli tuna on rice which had a nice level of spice with the lovely texture of the crispy rice. A word of advice, don’t order at the counter when you walk in, sit down and wait for a server.
