“nara Thai located in Irvine is the spot for that has boho beach vibes and delicious Thai food and specialty drinks. They’ve even got a special Thai tea lemonade I recommend trying. Their dishes range from $20-$40 and I love their crunchy papaya salad and my must order appetizer their savory and meaty Thai mussels. I tried their black pepper beef but would skip this one. I also can never resist a classic pad see ew when I see it on the menu. All dishes are great for sharing and you have to end your meal with their mango sticky rice.“

“Kingchops is one of my favorite place for lunch, I usually come to this Plaza at 11:00 AM before the busy lunch time, parking can be tricky at 12:00 PM, however it is mostly the same throughout most Irvine area. 1. Food: My favorite will be the Pork Chop Dry Noodle (#2), the pork chop is packed with flavor, not too over fried, but just crispy enough for my taste. I also enjoy the porkchop soaked in the house special vinegar, as it has a flavorful taste. Personally, I always like it with dry noodle, the size of noodle is not to thick nor too thin, just the right size for me. The add on topping goes well with the noodle with or without the pork chop, by far it is the most consistent, I been working nearby for the past 3 years. 2. Price: at around $12-14 (tax + tip) per person for lunch, the price is about the same for surrounding restaurants, and by far the best pork chop compare to A+J or I-Tea Café. A+J has a cleaner taste to it which is also great, but if you like a more flavorful taste Kingchops is the place! I-Tea Café is also great, but I found the batter on their pork chop/ chicken chop tends to be a little too thick for my liking. 3. Service: Great service, always clean and food ready with in mins of your order. when you dine in, you also get some free green tea! Place is small so come early for lunch, to go is also an great option to skip the line and busy parking at this plaza.“

“The second beef noodle soup place we went to in one night because the first just didn't hit the spot for us. This was exactly what we were looking for. The Taiwanese style spicy beef noodle soup was amazing, especially with the chewier thick knife cut noodles. The portions were generous; by the time we got to the beef roll pancakes we were kind of full. The roll was flaky and crispy. There was an issue with one of the soups but the management made things right. We would definietly come here again for the spicy beef noodle soup.“

“Food was too good. Hooked on first bite. Best popcorn chicken I had in Socal. Very minimal flour was used. All chicken meat used. Not blended with fat or tendons. This is going to be my weekly spot for sure. Dog friendly! Their dog beef bowl was so good, fresh and hot. My dog and I loved it lol. (I tried a bite). Highly recommend this place. Reasonably priced. Plenty seating outside also.“

“A&J is one of my favorite Taiwanese place. Service is nice and quick, and restaurant is clean.
Here are some favs:
* Dan dan mian: simple but delicious noodle dish with a peanut sauce base
* Thousand layer pancake: so satisfying to unravel the layers, similar to green onion pancake with tons of flavor packed into each layer
* Spicy beef noodle soup: thick, chewy noodles and flavorful broth
* Wontons: portion for this is a little small but it’s delicious
* Pork chop fried rice: soo good and includes the pickles too
* Pig ear salad: a neutral balance to the other dishes and texture is a little like woodear mushroom“

“Yoshiharu Ramen offers a delightful experience by serving good food with a helpful manner
There are enough seats for couples to group of 8 even while having some customers
Among many other Ramen places, Yoshiharu offers some special menus like the Seafood Ramen (with Robster! Which takes you a different level of Ramen experience!)
Their dessert, macaroon ice-cream is totally the icing on the cake. The manager told me that it is naturally flavored and when I chew it, the texture was very thick, which I liked. Macaroon part was quite sweet but the inner ice-cream part was less sweet, which made a good balance
Want some Ramen with Good ending? Go for it guys
Parking: Approx 40“

“kindness. Moved to Irvine from the San Gabriel area. In comparison, the food here is delicious and the price is very reasonable. It feels cheap and the food tastes delicious. Of course, it may be that I am too hungry. Overall, I am very satisfied with this meal. Good reviews. Will come again.“

“The no tip thing is real here, but be careful when you're using your card, their machine still asks how much tip you wanna leave. The inside of the restaurant is small, it's probably better to eat outside, they will bring your order to you as long as they can find you. The ramen is the star dish, no matter which one you choose you can't lose.
Parking: Free parking, the lot gets very busy at peak hours.
Kid-friendliness: They serve kids well“

“This is a cute lil spot with good prices and the cut rolls have a great portion of fish in them! It is a small place but I liked it and it's cozy. The staff is so nice and the woman that helped us was super attentive and offered us water while we waited for food. We had a baby with us and she was very cute to her and made us feel at home. I would def recommend this place. The food was fresh and I got a Yellowtail cut roll with great portions of Yellowtail. I love spicy and I got the spicy garlic edemame which had a reeeeal spice to it haha which is a plus to me. I can't wait to come back.“

“I have been eating here since 2002 while still in high school. First time ever eating Pho here. These 3 Viet guys from my classes introduced me to Pho at this place. Been going here whenever I’m craving Pho or Viet food in the Irvine area. The most flavorful Pho broth out of any Viet restaurant I’ve ever ate in California.“

“What is there to complain about? I always come by whenever I'm in the neighborhood. Still one of the few deals thats under $10 for an actual meal.Their Pork Cutlet Curry ($9.25+tax) is my go-to for its volume and the home-y feeling it gives you.The gentleman at the front gingerly took my order and my food came out ~10mins. Mind you, this was on a Tuesday afternoon (2pm)I prefer this locaction sometimes compared to its sister location in Costa Mesa. The choices here are limited, but you get the quiet and convenience.Tip: There's a parking in the back corner of the mall where you have direct access to the food court instead of parking and walking through the front. If you can find it...“

“Food was SOOOOO good! Especially after a longgg day of work in the sun, this definitely felt rewarding! The staff was friendly, the food came out quick, and I had no trouble finding a seat! I went Monday afternoon, and just felt relaxed knowing I wasn’t rushed like when I go to restaurants and see people waiting for people to leave. The quality of the food was great and I would highly recommend going and I will be for sure coming back!!
Parking: It’s inside the Hmart, so plenty of parking outside!!“

“A hidden gem tucked away amid many other restaurants, this noodle house has a clean minimalist decor and a maximalist menu.
The staff is happy to take an order in either English or Chinese and can provide menus in either language. Almost all of their tables accommodate a wheelchair with ease, and the staff was friendly and willing to recommend several dishes.
I enjoyed the spicy braised beef noodles as well as the pork and celery dumplings. Next time I hope to try the shiu mai.
Order ahead on chowbus if you are in a rush. The food is worth the wait. It's very authentic, but when asked, they made "white girl spicy" to perfection.“

“We were looking for a trendy breakfast but accidentally drove in this plaza with several Asian restaurants open (8:30ish). We saw a couple eating outside the Kingfu Master, and decided to give a try. We tried a few items on the menu, and to our surprise, they are outstanding! We then order almost everything on the breakfast menu. My kids, wife and I appreciate the authenticity of the food they offer. The cashier is little bit unenthusiastic but gets her job done. The place is clean. Overall, a great spot for breakfast.“

“The base soup is not too greasy nor salty. Larger portions than expected. Pro/con that there are only 4 types of soups to choose from. But makes sense since most Ramen places have few variety. Their salt Ramen was good but the spicy miso tasted like Mala seasoning, which I'm not a fan of. The combo is just rice + whatever topping you choose so it's simple but it tasted great to dip the rice in the Ramen soup. Only wish is for them to have takuan as a default side menu to have a refreshing taste.“

“Their specialty dishes are: 1. Sullungtang: taste amazing and very light. A good meal for winter/ 2. Cold noodle: the best I've tried so far, especially when you get a combo with spicy pork or bulgogi 3. Meat: spicy pork/bulgogi was homemade and were not like other korean restaurants. Taste very delicious!“

“The Bartender, Mike had the best service and custom cocktails I've ever had at Robata Wasa. Mike created 3 delicious Seasonal Drink Cocktails on the Seasonal menu that are amazing. I tried the Suntory Blossom martini and the Kuro Kohi... amazingly good. Refreshing, not too sweet with complex flavors.
Great job Mike!

“Amazing and delicious! I have been a fan of Sichuan food for many years and Chef Chuan is now my favorite Chinese restaurant in Orange County. If you do not speak Mandarin, use Google translate with the super friendly staff that does not speak English. I had the Fresh Cucumber, Chongqing style spicy chicken, Hand Shredded Cabbage. All three dishes were so delicious and authentic. If you don't like spicy food, just ask them to make the food mild.“

“Pretty authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Pho broth was flavorful and photastic, and service was quick for fast service. You had to order at the counter and then get seated, so it's more of a fast casual dining experience than a sit down table service.“

“Portions are big so for 15-17$ you can have leftovers. And they help to pack the rest of your dish to go. In the picture 2 dishes - chicken fried rice and combo fried rice so you can see that the rice looks and tastes differently so that is a little bit of confusion. But there's a good correlation between price and quality.
Parking: It's on Culver plaza so plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: there is a big selection of dishes so definitely your kid won't be hungry“

“I Love George's food. His Pad Thai is awesome. The Drunken Noodles are also delicious. His location is inside a "Ghost Kitchen" facility called "Smart Kitchens". It's a hidden gem. He used to have a brick and mortar location on bristol street, before the pandemic started.Customer beware. Its all takeout at this location. You can find this food on most popular 3rd party delivery apps. You can do pickup via his website too. Thats where he shines the most.If you go into the "ghost kitchen" as a walk-in order, you can place orders via the KIOSK inside. Wait times may vary during peak hours. I hope this information is helpful to the readers that took the time to read this comment.“

“You know its good when the Pho broth beefy and star anise scent fills your nose as it is placed on the table! Of course I kicked it up with REAL Huy Fong Sriracha! The garlic noodles with mushroom did a delightful battle with the Pho to entertain my nose. But when the noodles hit my tongue......drooool!“
