About HiroNori

HiroNori Craft Ramen offers a warm and cozy atmosphere, making it a favorite spot for many. The restaurant is known for its delicious ramen, especially the Tonkotsu ramen, which features a rich, creamy broth that is savory and carefully prepared. The noodles are perfectly textured, and the chashu pork is tender and flavorful, often melting in the mouth. Customers also enjoy the shoyu ramen with chicken chasu and seaweed, praising the high quality and incredible flavor.

Complementing the ramen are refreshing drinks like the cucumber yuzunade, which has a citrusy kick and subtle mint flavor, making it a perfect thirst-quencher. The eel tempura buns and crispy rice with spicy tuna appetizers are popular additions that pair well with the drinks, offering a crisp, savory, and spicy experience.

The staff are friendly, attentive, and welcoming, creating a relaxed environment where guests can escape worries and enjoy their meal. Service consistently receives high praise for being fast and genuine. Whether visiting for lunch or a casual meal, HiroNori provides good food, good service, and good vibes, making it an excellent choice for ramen lovers seeking authentic, high-quality Japanese cuisine.

Amazing ramen and great service! Kris was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better with excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

High quality ramen in a business plaza, from the renowned HiroNori team. It's easy to overlook the small shop from the outside, especially being tucked behind a communal outdoor seating area for diners of the various establishments here. Easy to park in the large shared parking lot.

As others mention, there's only a few tables inside, but if you find a seat outside (each of the tables has umbrella coverage), the staff will bring and bus your food after you place your order...read full review

12% mandatory tip.

Marufuku has better pork buns. Chasu rice was decent, but weird with cooked spinach.
