They can get pretty swamped at times. When they do I can't lie they can make mistakes.
But day to day, visit to visit I've been going to this place for years. I'm practically never disappointed. Food is always hot, consistently tasty, and the staff is always friendly

Food was late, cold, they were rude on the phone, and the driver Gloria just dropped the food on the floor when it specifically said “hand it to me”. Very disappointed
