If I could eat only one meal for the rest of my life, it would be Tonkotsu ramen from HiroNori. It's perfectly creamy, comforting and delicious. Fair warning - the portion is huge, but I always end up finishing every last drop of it.I went with my 5-year-old to their Sand Canyon location today and ordered a ramen combo with salmon poke, which was the perfect portion for my kiddo. He loved everything and said we should come back here for dinner sometime.A special shout out to the staff - literally everyone is super friendly, attentive and extremely professional. This place has my heart and I'm already planning my next visit.

At the time of payment, they tell you up front they're going to charge you 10% for the staff. What's up with that? So rude! I'd be happy to tip if they provided added service by refilling my drink, giving me a nice covered place to eat (which they don't have enough of here), getting me the extras which all come with table service, but they don't. So, I don't appreciate that. It's offensive. This is more of a fast food joint. Especially with the way they act, second class.

From the egg to the chashu and noodles, nothing was prepared correctly. The egg was way overcooked, and the chashu tasted like fat bacon.

This is my favorite spot to eat in Irvine. I love everything about this place from the amazing vegan ramen with unbelievable broth and broccolini cooked to perfection, to the above and beyond service to a public outdoor eating space (which is always lovely). They are always incredibly fast, even when they are busy, and the food is consistently amazing. I dream about the black garlic oil I use in the broth, it really elevates the ramen and I wish they bottled it. I also wish they bottled their house spicy sauce, it’s so flavorful. The edamame is always plump and delicious. The rice bowls are equally filling and scrumptious. The store seems to be getting more and more decorated which is nice to see. The manager is always friendly and the employees seem happy to be there (I love that they have a service charge and don’t pressure anyone to tip, makes me actually want to tip). Highly recommend checking out this HiroNori specifically.Vegetarian options: the vegan ramen is the best thing on the menu and everything is customizable, they also sell vegan gyoza and edamameDietary restrictions: Amazing vegan options
Hiro Nori is by far the best ramen place in OC I had, it has its own unique taste and texture. The other items we tried are pork bun and spicy tuna crispy rice which were amazing just the rice was a little soggy but it happened because we left it on table for 20 min.Overall every time I tried this place it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend during cold winter weather ??

Service here is terrible. They must not need the business and treat you as such. I wasn't sure if I was invisible or not important enough to be there...Also, we thought it was odd to have more employees than customers. (yet couldn't be bothered to respond or acknowledge)Ramen is decent, not great, not bad. On par with Northlake or other trendy factory ramen places.

Tonkotsu Ramen was tasty.Salmon Poke bowl looks yummy as I didn’t get a chance to take a bite. I stay away from salmon anyway.Lunch hour can be very busy here, luckily there are quite a few outdoor seating.
