I've tried ramen all over California, other states, and even in Japan, but Santouka's spicy miso ramen still remains my favorite bowl of all time.
Perhaps my taste buds have been biased by nostalgia over the 8 years I've been coming to this location, but I still stand behind my opinion. Ramen tastes awesome. Only wish the server could be a bit more relaxed. They didn’t look happy.
Delicious ramen. We tried the black garlic one and our daughter tried the shio with added egg. Small size is perfect for a child or if not too hungry. Husband and I shared a large and it was plenty for both. Inside Mitzuwa. After eating your meal you can get dessert inside the store. Very convenient.
