This Sichuan restaurant is the first Sichuan restaurant I ate in Erwan. The boiled beef is highly recommended. The fish-flavored pork shreds are also very authentic. I ate a bowl and a half of rice in one go.

I haven't been back to this restaurant for a while but today decided to come eat while supercharging the Tesla bc the restaurant actually looked pretty packed. Their prices have increased a little bit since the pandemic but not as much as other restaurants so their prices now seem more reasonable in comparison to others, and the portion sizes seemed to have increased for certain items such as the cold dishes.
