I'm so happy that my regular spoon turned into a spoon! After all, eating ramen with astragalus is the best.

Love Santouka salt ramen, it's always a favorite comfort soup for the whole family. So happy that there is now a location in Irvine, so we don't have to drive to Costa Mesa and lately there is no wait.

My son brought ramen bowls home one rainy and now I'm hooked! We got the toro salt and toro soy sauce ramen with a bowl of pork and rice to share. The ramen bowls (the pork by the way just melted in my mouth) were the perfect comfort food for the gloomy day and the pork and rice was delish! We will definitely be getting the ramen and the rice bowls again ~ I actually can't wait!

This ramen spot is a casual dining area located in the Mitsuwa food court. You go up to order and wait for them to call your number. I ordered the miso ramen and added an egg. The broth was really yummy but a bit oily. The chashu wasn't the most tender and the ramen egg was hard boiled rather than soft boiled. Overall everything tasted pretty good and I would come back again.

Excellent ramen served up right at Mitsuwa marketplace, for a pretty solid price. The ramen came out very quickly, maybe 3-4 minutes after I ordered, and it was such a treat. I got the soy sauce regular ramen at a medium size, but it was very large and satisfying. The toppings were all great, from the tasty bamboo shoots to the little narutomaki. The meat was very flavorful and tasty as well. So far this is probably my second favorite ramen spot.

I like the ramen here and it's one of the foods I often come here to eat. However, the ramen I ate here today had cold meat and the broth wasn't very hot. This was my first time eating disappointing food here and I don't think I'll be going again for a while.

The service lady take my DINE IN order, giving me a to go packing. I said i m having here, she replied me with a smile said: u still can have it here ( with that pack). I don't think it's funny, at least said a sorry for a wrong order taken.

The base soup is not too greasy nor salty. Larger portions than expected. Pro/con that there are only 4 types of soups to choose from. But makes sense since most Ramen places have few variety. Their salt Ramen was good but the spicy miso tasted like Mala seasoning, which I'm not a fan of. The combo is just rice + whatever topping you choose so it's simple but it tasted great to dip the rice in the Ramen soup. Only wish is for them to have takuan as a default side menu to have a refreshing taste.

"Nothing like a bowl of good soup," I always say. I work at a ramen shop (shout out to SLR) so I feel guilty every time I eat here, but their soup is so ? I can't help it. I keep it simple and go with the Shio (salt) Ramen combo with an Ikura Salmon bowl. Comes out perfect every time ?Pro Tip #1 Find parking in the BACK of the plaza; there's a rear entrance that gives you direct accessTip #2 Ask for "mustard" to add to your soup. It's a game changer.

I am updating my review. This place day in and day out does it right. Perfect al dente, noodles, perfect broth and additions, perfect pork and customer service and how quick everything comes out, nobody does it better. Definitely my favorite ramen in Irvine for the price and convenience.

Came here a little after opening on a Monday and it was perfect as there were plenty of seats available in the dining area. Definitely try the Kimchi Ramen. It's sooo good and the broth is phenomenal! I got the large and wished I had more space to finish the broth.

I've tried lots of ramen places here in Irvine but this place is still the best! I always get the spicy miso ramen, at one point I was getting it weekly. Try it! You won't be disappointed. The only thing I would was hoping was that they had soft boiled eggs. I like the yolk a little runny not cooked all the way. Just a suggestion for the restaurant :-). But it won't keep me away!
