This place is such a fun spot for creative Japanese dishes. We tried the Ube Colada which was creamy and delicious with the perfect pina colada flavor. The salmon skin tacos actually use salmon skin for the taco shells which is something I have never seen done before and they were so good.
The spicy tuna crispy rice was perfectly crispy and the Natsu salmon roll had lemon on it which added some nice citrus and fresh flavors.

Came here for lunch, kind of a hidden spot at Irvine Spectrum if you are looking for sushi! Intimate/cozy atmosphere, perfect for a date spot or a nice lunch w/ friends + family. Excellent service and I appreciate that they have both indoor and outdoor seating.

I really love the lighting design at the bar! It’s so cool. I also really enjoyed the appetizers and the A5 Wagyu. They were so delicious!
