Chicken pot thing was weird. Noodles were bomb!!!!!!
Came here on a whim as I was craving soup and Asian flavors. Found it on Google Maps on my way home as it was one of the few places still open on a Sunday night at 10pm. I ordered Guizhou Huaxi Beef Noodle, steamed egg with minced pork, spicy wontons and these pickled green leafy veggies along with the soup. EVERYTHING was sooooo good! The flavors were PERFECT! As someone who absolutely loves rice noodles, I was so happy to finally find this place! I’ve been looking for a bowl like this since moving to the U.S., and Noodology definitely exceeded my expectations.
