“Didn't have to wait for a table on a Friday night for a party of two. I think if you're a larger party, you may have to wait. Got cha gio, pho tai chin, and a cafe sua da. The cha gio and cafe sua da was nothing special. Not the best I've had, but not bad at all. The star of the show was the broth of the pho. It was very tasty, with no overpowering notes from a singular spice. All the ingredients from the beef in the pho tai, to the vegetables served with the cha gio were very fresh.“

“It just doesn’t get any better than this. I’m telling you, it’s the best ramen in America. The tonkatsu broth is cooked for 24 hours and you can taste the depth of flavor in every bite. The crispy chicken is a perfect starter. Served fresh and hot and super crispy. Edamame is fantastic as well as the pork buns. They add the tip on the total, So be careful not to double tip the server. (Unless you want to!) Strip mall has free parking, but the entire area is busy, so you may have trouble finding a spot.“
“I really can't say enough about how good Kashiwa Ramen is; I love it so much I've eaten here several times in the last two weeks.This has to be one of the best ramen spots in OC currently. It originally started in Japan and came over to the States. In terms of quality, it definitely seems authentic.I've tried several items on the menu, and every time, it's delicious. I highly recommend dining in, but even if you order to go, or through doordash, it always comes piping hot and high quality.Today, I tried the Tsukumen, which is hard to find at other shops because it is a traditional dipping noodle where you dip it in the soup. I would highly recommend trying their tonkatsu ramen, although they also have other great items like smaller portion chashu rice bowls, which I swear the meat is so soft and tender. The chashu pork comes out great every time. The soft boiled egg is perfection. Both the straight and wavy noodles are wonderful. They also have a swirl broth, which is absolutely delicious; it's a mix of their pork and chicken broth together. They also have green tea, which tastes really crisp and fresh. They also have chicken if you don't eat pork.Overall, I really love Kashiwa and plan to continue frequenting it. The only critique I can give is that I wish the waitresses would check in on the tables at least once or twice every so often. Everyone is so kind and polite and the service is very fast. Dining by myself, i am in and out in under 30 minutes or so.Thank you so much for the wonderful meals, I plan to continue coming here in the future, and I hope more people come too.Vegetarian options: They do have tofu as protein for all ramen, miso ramen, sea kelp ramen, and other various side dishes like egg on rice.I would double-check with the waitresses to make sure the broth is 100% vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: If you do not eat pork, they have chicken as a protein topping as well.Parking: Big parking lot in a busy shopping center.Kid-friendliness: There are probably not a ton of options for kids, but if your kids are more adventurous, im sure they would enjoy it. “A&J has been one of my favorite spots for Taiwanese food for the past 7-8 years. I initially came here with my sister all those years ago to get from beef rolls. Over the years, I began taking my friends and they once accused me of "gatekeeping" A&J from them because of how delicious their food is. My personal favorites whenever I come to A&J are the beef rolls, scallion pancakes, and sesame peanut noodles (113 on the menu). The beef rolls are a classic dish with tender beef and green onion wrapped around a crispy scallion pancake. The sesame peanut noodles are great if you enjoy noodles coated in a creamy sauce. My favorite thing to do is to order extra scallion pancakes on the side so that you can dip it in the leftover sesame peanut sauce after you finish your noodles! A&J will always be a staple when it comes to Taiwanese food and I will always find a reason to come back! :)“

“This is my go to spot for pho just smelling the aromatic broth when they bring your food awakens the senses ( yeah I just wrote that) but really I've gone to probably 9 other places on bolsa in Westminster also 4 other pho restaurants in surrounding cities nothing compares. They have a couple other menu items but the Pho is why you come here, I like to take my son here they're open late until 1:30 a.m., It's always clean and the staff are nice. My personal recommendation is the Pho combination with no meat ball or tripe substitute extra tendons and add a beef rib or the ox tail pho.Lastly, Price is about $20 with a can of coke“

I would definitely order that again though. Get here early, about 15min before they open to avoid the lines. It's a small restaurant with mostly 4-tops , I saw maybe 1 table that could accommodate a party of 8-10 max, so if you have a larger party be prepared to sit separately. The service is great, they were on point with water refills and checking to see if we wanted to order any additional items. They have a weekday special for $67 where you can try 2 of our favorite meats + their miso chicken thigh, and the veggies it comes with are minimal (1pc pumpkin, couple pieces of bell pepper, and a slice of carrot). I heard their yookaejang (spicy beef and vegetable soup) was good but we didn't try it this time. Also, don't sleep on their black sesame and yuzu ice cream!“

“I have been to many Bun Bo Hue restaurants in OC and I must say Hue Kitchen stands out on top for me. For those who look for a bowl of bun bo that resembles home cook then this place is worth a try. The bun bo here is not oily, the meats are flavorful, and the noodles have the perfect softness & bounce to them. I like that the broth isn't spicy and customers can adjust the spiciness on their own through the sate sauce on the table. It's no wonder I see so many families bring their small kids here to eat. Another thing I really like is they cut up the pork hock in slices which makes it so much easier to eat! I know it's traditional to have the pork hock in a big chunk but to me it's a hassle to eat. The service here is always nice. I've never had any problems with the staff.“

And less veggies and more noodles because there was not enough noodles in the bowl. My dad got the Shaken Beef with rice and the Beef was Filet Mignon I tried my dad's and the sauce was so good. So overall both of the food items we ordered were good. The only complaint I have was the restrooms they were very dirty and unpleasant to walk in especially with the horrible odor. So hopefully they can clean the bathrooms more often and use an air freshener.
