The place was great! Wonderful stuff and lovely food. The idea to put some snacks and food for the people outside waiting is genius and was the reason I was intrigued to try the restaurant. The only thing is it is a bit crammed but other than that 10/10.
First time visit to Haidilao for my birthday with my husband, and it was an amazing experience! Great food (our favorites tonight were the happy hour beef deal, lobster balls, and snack/sauce bar) and environment, but above all else was how wonderful the service was. Our server, Justin, was incredibly warm and friendly (even offered to make us his favorite sauce combination which was super delicious!), along with all of the other employees in the restaurant. Haidilao seriously has amazing service and food. Our server Emily was awesome!! Chelsea and Justin outside were also very friendly and welcoming at the host stand.
