Omakase by Gino was truly an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The quality of the food was outstanding every course was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and thoughtfully crafted with so much attention to detail. You can genuinely taste the quality and care that goes into every bite.
Where to even start. I guess the best place to start off with is to say this was definitely one heck of an experience. The service was exquisite with the setting being very inviting. The server's excellent service and ability to perfectly time each new plates & dishes was perfect. The Chef himself was one heck of a sushi chef.
Definitely a place I would visit again in the future once I'm in town.

The fish are fresh, with some items arriving from Japan that day for authentic flavors. Gino's personal touches, such as his homemade soy sauce, add to the exceptional culinary experience. The omakase experience features many courses, with a wide range of flavors and dishes, leaving guests full and happy. It is a husband and wife duo, and you can taste the love and care in every refill and new dish. Gino does not disappoint, providing a phenomenal dining experience.
