“Best (iced) latte I've ever had. First time in the area, and my coworker wanted Starbucks, after that I knew I had to find a shop with proper roasts and espresso drinks. Landed on this one and damn glad I chose it. The Spanish (something) Latte, with the condensed milk, was the best and blew me away. Sensory X is also top notch for a simple latte. My coworker a solutely loved the chocolate croissants, which did look fantastic if I didn't eat the free breakfast at the hotel right before. Wish I asked for a bag of coffee, whatever roast they're using, not sure if there's coffee available tho.“

“Cool Boba Shop! So, I didn’t know that not all Ding Tea locations have the same drink flavors. Most of the drinks are the same, but each location has a drink or drinks of their own. At least that’s what the cashier said when they didn’t have a drink I usually order at other locations.Nice clean place. Seating inside and out available. You can also order through a touch screen if you want! Excellent touch!Staff is friendly and patient, it took me a little bit to find my drink lol.“

“ordered the corn matcha latte, earl grey matcha latte, and double matcha lattes. the matcha flavor was good! nothing revolutionary, though. I do wish that we had gotten each with less sweetener instead of regular, because all were on the pretty sweet side. the corn matcha lacked strength on the corn, as it was just the corn foam. the corn flavor and scent were a bit weak and it ended up tasting more like a regular matcha latte.“

We were on our walk yesterday, Wednesday around 2 pm. No vehicles on the drive thru yet, so we just walked up to the window.

I got the Caramel Granita with oat-milk, it is like medium sweet drink, nice and refreshing.

The girl at the window was so patient, great suggestions, excellent customer service.

Will have to come by more often!“

“What an amazing spot for a meal. I decided to try this establishment for the first time and wow! Yes, a grand slam. The place is quite popular and I did not even know it was here as I drive this area often. I ordered the California Omelet with fresh fruit and a cup of bold coffee and chose to eat outside in the patio. Isabella brought out my food and was kind, professional and efficient. I told her I was going to leave a review and she laughed and said if it's bad the name is Donnie. So worth a chuckle. All of the staff are friendly, kind and professional. I was even offered a free pastry for my first time visit but declined simply due to my diet and watching my intake. Lol A wonderfully positive ambiance.

Us two went for a banana latte, fancy green tea, and a breakfast bagel. The colors! No wonder Yelp puts this tops for the area. If only I could order from Indiana.“

“I ordered the 'Best Drink Ever' with banana cold foam. It was a bit sweet but a great drink regardless. The wifi wasn't very strong so I couldn't load most of my websites. Because it is by the beach, my cell service isn't great either so it was a bit difficult to do work there. My friend had the same problem. However, I think it is a great place to get coffee by the beach or if you are just meeting for a chat.“

“I’m vegan and I was so delighted to see that they had Vegan 🎾 🌱 Chia pudding for breakfast. It’s all organic 25 g of protein and it’s absolutely delicious. It taste like tiramisu. They have other flavors as well but I got there right at seven when they open and the girls greeted me with a smile, answered my questions about milk alternatives, and what ingredients were in the syrups. I’m very picky and they accommodated my every request with super helpful spirits, I will definitely be coming back here and making this one of my stops.
