“Wonderful customer service. Nice cozy coffee shop if you need a change from Starbucks. Coffee is also very good. I’ve gotten several types Cortados, latte, etc.. Hot or cold . Straight brewed coffee. Also, the teas are very good. Very wide variety.“
“Haven't been by this boba location in a while and was surprised by a new name. I was greeted kindly and it was easy to order. I got the matcha latte with almond milk, aloe, and %25 sweetness and it was great! Not too sweet, which is what I prefer. Next time I'll try with boba and give a review on that quality. Today I was just in the mood for my basics. The aloe bits were juicy though and sweet.Cute ambiance as well, with nice chairs and fun Halloween decor. Seems like a great place to bring kids too. I really liked how they had a lot of options and an easy to read menu. I look forward to trying more here! Definitely recommend trying them out.“

“ShareTea the best, this was honestly the first place that made me fall in love with Boba and other fruit teas as well. The customer service at this location is fantastic. It's always quick, and the flavors are always awesome. Not much else to say! Definitely come here whenever I'm in the area, or when I'm in lake forest, I go to that location as well. The ambiance of this location is great, it's clean, well lit, and I like their green wall.“
“I have been to this Starbucks location a number of times and I have never had a bad encounter here. The store manager has given my daughters stickers on a number of occasions, the staff is always engaging and sweet to me and my girls, but today was the absolute best customer service I have ever had! I am feeling sick and my friend wanted to order me a drink and some goodies to be delivered but she was unable to find a "Medicine Ball" on the food delivery apps so she called the store and spoke with Shaylin and told her the situation. She said she would be on the lookout for her order and would change the drink to what I wanted and my friend thanked her and told her she was helping out a sick Mama with 2 little ones at home. Sure enough, I got delivered a medicine ball, all the goodies my friend had ordered and she even threw in a sweet note, some seasonal temporary tattoos (that my daughters had a blast putting on their hands and arms) and 2 gift cards. This completely made my day and I cannot thank my sweet friend, Shaylin and the Starbucks team at this location enough for their kindness. Thank you all! I greatly appreciate it!“

“I was extremely pleased with our order today, I order about 5 drinks for my team members, all of them wanted extra caramel on their frappes, I got complements from all of them about how good those drinks were. The baristas did an amazing job! Not only the drinks were amazing but service was on point friendly staff. Nothing compared to the other locations. I usually order from the other location next to our work place, but from now on I rather drive the extra mile to this location!“
“This was my FIRST time here and I loved the food & drink I got. Food I ordered: French Omelet Drink of choice: Matcha Latte (iced) w/lavendar syrup The omelet tasted very good because the eggs were soft/spongy and the cheese of choice was perfect. The matcha latte was excellent - they have other syrup options you can choose from (the sign is by the cash register tablet). The side salad was good too! This place was hard to find but the spot was located on Richard Reese Way (street name), next to SuperCuts. I will be back - glad I found this place!“
