I was shocked at the employees lack of friendliness at this Starbucks! Everyone looked upset, no smiles or greeting from the time I arrived to leaving. It wasn't busy and I walked right up to place my order. As I waited for my order, I asked an employee a question and she rolled her eyes, which made me feel I was bothering her. They deserve a 1 star but I give a 3 because the beverages were prepared perfectly, great taste!
I have been to this Starbucks location a number of times and I have never had a bad encounter here. The store manager has given my daughters stickers on a number of occasions, the staff is always engaging and sweet to me and my girls, but today was the absolute best customer service I have ever had!
