It was an ok experience here at Wendy’s. We showed up on a Saturday afternoon, around 2 pm or so. The drive-through was a bit busy but nothing crazy, no huge lines. Inside was empty, it was just us and another group of 3 people.The cashier was ok. Not rude or anything, she was just there. Not very friendly, or welcoming, no smiles of any kind. Very pore customer skills. They are great as long as you are simple and don't ask questions. It took 3 minutes for a worker to get off his personal phone and help me to be compensated for a breakfast sandwich that made me feel unwell.I waited from 9 until 12:30 to feel better and get lunch. I took back the sandwich, first the complaint was that i can't substitute my sandwich for a lunch sandwich. Even though i repeated offered to pay any difference since its more $.
