“Nice people, the food was made quickly, hardly had to wait. Very tasty!“

“I went through the drive through to quickly get a water and cheesecake. The man working was one of the friendliest people I’ve met. He had great energy and was super nice. Unfortunately I struggled to read his name tag, but I know how name started with a “T”. I want to go to Jack in the Box more because of the incredible service.“

“1st time my son suggested - was not a disappointment...food was very tastful and fresh...will be back - many times...💪🏾🤙🏾“

“Went to this location last night food was on point and tasted well. I wanna take time to shoutout Raul who was working the later shift he was super friendly and nice to use when ordering even though we came in right before closing. I really appreciate how friendly he was and how welcomed he made me and my friends feel.“

“My wife and I decided to drive through Taco Bell for lunch today. Brenda and the team at this location are very professional, kind and friendly. Brenda's smile lit up the drive through windows and keep in mind this was daytime. We decided to take to meal home and enjoy it in our air conditioned home. People generally make every experience more joyful and delightful and Brenda at Taco Bell is the face of positivity and professionalism that every drive thru should model after.
The food was good and hit the spot.
Highly recommended.“

“We had to wait about 5 minutes for our food but it was worth the wait! The chicken was really good! I've been to other locations where the chicken was terrible. So much so that this was the last time I was going to try KFC. But I will be back to this location only!“

“Food is good 8/10 times, but that usually corresponds to busy times. It's cheap food so I am not going to be a critic. The order is always in the pizza portal and doesn't usually take longer than 20 minutes for a custom order pizza from online order to pick up, which is pretty impressive for me.“

“I went through the drive-in today around noon and I wanted to compliment the courtesy from the three employees that I had contact with. It was very nice to see friendly, professional staff. They repeated my order at each window and everything was correct. Thank you !“

“Fresh, generous, and finally back to what Chipotle should feel like.

After a couple of disappointing experiences in the past, this visit to Chipotle in Rancho Santa Margarita was a pleasant surprise—and honestly, a reset.

The quality felt fresh again, from the rice and beans to the toppings and sauces. Everything tasted well-balanced and clean, without that overpowering or off taste I had experienced before. What really stood out was the generosity in portions—the staff didn’t hold back, and the bowl came together hearty, satisfying, and genuinely enjoyable.

The team was efficient and welcoming, keeping the line moving while still making sure each order felt well put together. It’s one of those visits that restores your trust in a place you almost gave up on.

Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

This location brings back the freshness, flavor, and portion value that makes Chipotle worth coming back to.“
