“I went through the Chick-fil-A drive-thru and jokingly asked the guy at the window if he could sprinkle some love on my food. Without missing a beat, he blew a kiss to my bag and even made a heart with his hands! It absolutely made my day. It was one of the sweetest customer service experiences I've ever had. Thank you for going above and beyond to make a simple meal so memorable!“

“The food was hot and freshly prepared, the service was friendly and attentive. They offer a daily special - burrito with a choice of chicken or shredded beef, served with a side of rice, beans, and chips. I did question the extra rice and beans, assuming they were included both inside the burrito and on the side. I wasn’t expecting it to be so veggie-filled (grilled onions, peppers etc) , which actually turned out to be a nice surprise. The burrito itself was on the smaller side and packed more vegetables than protein, but the flavors were still good. The salsa bar was incredible, offering a variety of flavors, although they were a bit mild, probably to cater to the local community’s taste. Overall, a solid spot worth returning to, especially to try the tacos next time!“

“El Pollo Loco on Greenfield in Laguna Niguel is one of the best locations in our area. Isabel is the manager and we must say that we've had nothing but a wonderful experience with her, every time we've come here. One time, we were shorted during our drive-through order and we called her, and she immediately took care of it and then some! This evening we were back again and she was so kind to tell us all about their specials and to give us a coupon. She is so professional, courteous, and welcoming! If you want a good Apollo experience come to the Greenfield location, ask for Isabel, you won't be disappointed!!“

“It was a great experience with great customer service. The only thing I didn't like was the green beans. I found a lot of them bad. I understand restaurants don't want to lose money, but because of this, it creates a bad experience for the customer. Don't get me wrong, my food was delicious. Also, I was impressed with the customer service. Three different girls with great attitudes were very professional and respectful. They offered me to try the new lemonade, and it was delicious. Gotta tell you about the BEST TEAM working at Jersey Mike’s Subs in Laguna Niguel off of Greenfield… Uh… where do I start?

Their team members always communicate and work well together… they do something that is a priority in food service - THEY LISTEN!!! Every sandwich’s delicious morsel comes out perfect - your way and MIKE’S WAY - if you are doing it right.

Today, I used my FREE REGULAR SANDWICH credits (which you acquire over time by buying sandwiches and such) - and EVERY BITE is always a delicacy.

Ben took my order and inquired if I wanted my usual Chicken Salad order - but instead I opted for the Club Supreme - He started it on white bread while J.B. (Jason) packed it to PERFECTION and completed the transaction.

I am certain that every Jersey Mike’s employee is shown how to make a great sandwich following protocols - yet, how do you find individuals who take the extra mile to make it a positive customer experience? Jersey Mike’s off Greenfield in Laguna Niguel does just that!!!

“They always say yes to accommodations or request like getting the burrito grilled. They have friendly service and they are my go-to Taco Bell because the food is always consistent. None of that soggy tortilla edges or half grilled stuff here. Shoutout the night staff on Monday September 14th and the Saturday night crew!“

“After a long days work it’s always great to to see a smiling face even though we all truly know even the workers would rather be home than working but Heba did amazing running shop and acknowledging all her costumers even if we are all super tired but wanna go to the beach to fish for a bit. Heba made sure we well token car of of throughout our whole visit. Amazing listening skills, and what’s most impressive even though it was late and could be tired didn’t show it.
