“El Pollo Loco on Greenfield in Laguna Niguel is one of the best locations in our area. Isabel is the manager and we must say that we've had nothing but a wonderful experience with her, every time we've come here. One time, we were shorted during our drive-through order and we called her, and she immediately took care of it and then some! This evening we were back again and she was so kind to tell us all about their specials and to give us a coupon. She is so professional, courteous, and welcoming! If you want a good Apollo experience come to the Greenfield location, ask for Isabel, you won't be disappointed!!“

“The food was hot and freshly prepared, the service was friendly and attentive. They offer a daily special - burrito with a choice of chicken or shredded beef, served with a side of rice, beans, and chips. I did question the extra rice and beans, assuming they were included both inside the burrito and on the side. I wasn’t expecting it to be so veggie-filled (grilled onions, peppers etc) , which actually turned out to be a nice surprise. The burrito itself was on the smaller side and packed more vegetables than protein, but the flavors were still good. The salsa bar was incredible, offering a variety of flavors, although they were a bit mild, probably to cater to the local community’s taste. Overall, a solid spot worth returning to, especially to try the tacos next time!“

Gotta tell you about the BEST TEAM working at Jersey Mike’s Subs in Laguna Niguel off of Greenfield… Uh… where do I start?

Their team members always communicate and work well together… they do something that is a priority in food service - THEY LISTEN!!! Every sandwich’s delicious morsel comes out perfect - your way and MIKE’S WAY - if you are doing it right.

Today, I used my FREE REGULAR SANDWICH credits (which you acquire over time by buying sandwiches and such) - and EVERY BITE is always a delicacy.

Ben took my order and inquired if I wanted my usual Chicken Salad order - but instead I opted for the Club Supreme - He started it on white bread while J.B. (Jason) packed it to PERFECTION and completed the transaction.

I am certain that every Jersey Mike’s employee is shown how to make a great sandwich following protocols - yet, how do you find individuals who take the extra mile to make it a positive customer experience? Jersey Mike’s off Greenfield in Laguna Niguel does just that!!!

“It was a great experience with great customer service. The only thing I didn't like was the green beans. I found a lot of them bad. I understand restaurants don't want to lose money, but because of this, it creates a bad experience for the customer. Don't get me wrong, my food was delicious. Also, I was impressed with the customer service. Three different girls with great attitudes were very professional and respectful. They offered me to try the new lemonade, and it was delicious.
