Based on the reviews, this Jersey Mike's Subs in Laguna Niguel has funny and courteous staff who always put on a show in a fun atmosphere. The team, including Benny, Calvin, and Jason, is always friendly, and the service is solid with no attitude or eye rolls. The place is clean, organized, and has indoor and outdoor seating with a restroom available. The sandwiches are great with lots of different varieties to choose from. The bread is soft but doesn’t fall apart, and the meat has flavor without a rubbery, processed taste. Portions are solid. "Mike’s Way" with oil, vinegar, spices, onions, and tomatoes is the move. The only thing to note is the lettuce situation, as they put a lot on unless you say something. The team moves quick and is efficient, even during rush hour. If an order is wrong, they give an apology and ongoing friendly service. This is one of the favorites for a good sandwich, and customers will be back on the way to San Diego to get another sub.
