“Didn't look like much from the outside, but inside is very nice. The couples tables tho, are way too close together and so cluttered. There isn't enough room for your plate and drink.....but....food was delicious!

I had the halibut with mango salsa. OMG.... Delicious!! My bf had the shrimp n pasta. He said it was very good but the halibut was better. You absolutely need to try the beet salad. So many flavors. For dessert we had the lemon cheesecake. It was mouth watering.

Service was too rushed. I got my beet salad and 4 min later I received my dinner plate.

Even though there were a few hiccups, we did have a pleasant evening and we'll be back.“

“Had a wonderful evening out with my wife at Ironwood Cellars in Laguna Hills. We had reservations for 5:30 p.m. and arrived early. We were greeted by Joe, the manager on duty, who was very kind, professional, and welcoming. Art was our server and is amazingly gifted in customer service professionalism and overall people skills. Yes, showing the love. We started with tequilla drinks from the bar, and we each had a wedge salad. Joe sent us over a wonderful Agnolotti appetizer as well, which was more than kind. We ordered our entrees with my wife having the halibut dinner, and I had the famous giant meatball dish. Both meals were hot & tasty and presented well. “First and foremost, Trevor’s offers plenty of gluten-free options and actually uses a separate fryer for gluten free foods. With a family member recently diagnosed with celiac disease, this was a huge treat! He could actually order fried chicken without the concern of cross contamination. On another note, we went there on a Monday night with a party of five and had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for a table when the restaurant was not very crowded at all. It wasn’t a big deal but you would think we would be able to be seated right away. Also inside the restaurant it was so cold. It would be nice to be able to dine without wearing a jacket, but that was not the case. Overall, it was delicious food and well worth the minor hiccups for the gluten-free accommodations.“

“I use to go to RH with my family in the 70's. Atmosphere always transported us to Hawaii. They were famous for BB ribs, drinks, unique salad (with mayo dressing) and even served a bowl of crudite' with celery, salami, etc. every meal. I didn't like the modern re model, however, NOW THIS RE BUILD iS so cool! Just like the 1970's but better!! Dim lit and Hawaiian music set the mood. I was really anxious to try the ribs again. The service was GREAT appetizer excellent but, ribs, BAD! They were not edible. Hard and chewy, like beef jerky. I was so disappointed and all of our party ordered and received the same. I may try again but won't order ribs!!!“

“Our first visit to Bushfire Kitchen was a great experience. My burger was delicious, and the Thai Bowl was really good as well. We also ordered the sweet potato fries, which were probably the best I’ve ever had — perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, which is hard to pull off since sweet potatoes can get mushy so easily. We’ll definitely be adding this spot into our regular restaurant rotation.“

“Obviously, the view speaks for itself and is stunning. That’s what drew us to the restaurant. We chose to do the tasting menu which exceeded our expectations. Patrick, our waiter, explained each course which is seasonally and expertly prepared by Chef Ron Fougeray who also came out and greeted us. The food is vibrant, exciting, and visually appealing. I also was pleasantly surprised that the tasting menu did not leave us hungry like other tasting menus have in the past. The portions were generous and satisfying. “The Lumberyard located in beautiful downtown Laguna Beach is a great place to have lunch or dinner. There is a new $16 lunch menu and I decided to try the fish tacos. There was a choice between salmon or halibut for the tacos which included shredded cabbage with a pink cream sauce and a side of black bean and corn salad. I chose the halibut for my taco and it was cooked perfectly. It was a generous portion of fish in each of the tacos so it could easily be split with a friend. The service was excellent. Our orders were taken within about five minutes of sitting down and the food came out quickly after we ordered. I would recommend the Lumberyard if you are visiting Laguna Beach. You will need to have reservations during the Art Festivals or when there is a play at the Playhouse.“

“We had a business dinner at the Loft last night and sat outside on the terrace. The food was wonderful with beautiful presentations for everything. We especially liked the sea bass, the scallops, the citrus garden salad and the vegan version of the bolognese for our vegan guest. It was delicious! The service was incredible. The servers constantly anticipating our needs before we needed to ask for anything. It reminded me what it is like to dine at a very nice restaurant! Absolutely fantastic!“

“Had a nice evening at Dominicos on the lake this evening. My wife and I had reservations and were fortunate to ask Kory for a patio table which he accommodated. Michael took us to our table and was very kind and professional. Pedro came by with our bread and water and said hello. He is one of the hardest working individuals at the restaurant. Eddie our server came by and took our orders with a bottle of Austin Hope and bread to start. My wife ordered a chicken breast salad and I had the chef's special stroganoff which was amazing. Unfortunately my wife's salad came out 30 minutes after my stroganoff which was a cardinal sin in the restaurant business and we mentioned it was not acceptable. Eddie apologized and we also had Steven, the GM, come by and also apologize and ensure the salad would be out shortly. The salad was delivered, of course after I ate my entree and Steven dropped off and apologetic gift certificate for an appetizer during our next visit. We also ordered an additional beef stroganoff plus an order of meatballs to take home for tomorrow. We undertake things happen and it's certainly nice to see the restaurants busy again but a party of two receiving their entrees 30 minutes apart is not conducive with quality service. I am guessing the chef either misplaced the order or overlooked the obvious and we hope next time we will not have such issues as the restaurant is very good and in a fantastic location. Michael also came back around and stated he was concerned about this mishap and would look into this. As a retired government administrator and former restaurant manager in my college days I expect the simple things like entrees being delivered at the same time to be in sync with quality service and dining. We will be back and see if in fact this was an isolated incident. Good food and ambiance plus. “I've been fortunate to get to know the family behind Coastline Pizzeria through my work, and they're every bit as genuine and welcoming as you'd hope. They're passionate about what they do, and it shows in both the food and the experience.

I've also eaten here several times, and the pizza is outstanding. I especially appreciate that they use beef tallow instead of seed oils, make their crust with sourdough, and focus on high-quality ingredients. It's refreshing to find a family-owned restaurant that's committed to doing things the right way rather than the easy way.

“We were excited to try Harvest for the first time because of its reputation for being farm to table. I especially anticipated the charcuterie board because not many restaurants have good ones. This one did not disappoint! There was a great variety of crackers and flatbreads, jam, cheeses, meats, fruit, nuts and picked veggies. My husband tried the Mexico drink which was served in a terra cotta cup and was a unique margarita. I had the France which was wonderful and unique with the sorbet served in a small spoon and the champagne served on the side so I could pour it into the drink myself. My husband had the burger which he said was very tasty. I had the farmer's salad which was unbelievable. It was fresh and had a variety of flavors, colors and textures and was filling as well as flavorful. I've been thinking about it since we were there, in fact. We were full but wanted to try the strawberry butter cake because rhubarb is rare on a menu, so we got it to go and it was also delicious. The only downside to our experience was our placement on the enclosed patio because it was a hot and humid evening with no airflow and it didn't seem that the restaurant had air conditioning. Now that we know, we will ask to be seated differently next time. There will definitely be a next time!“
