The food is consistently good at Splashes. We have eaten there several times over the years and never been disappointed and with new remodel it’s even nicer. The service from Jhoana and Pepe was excellent.
You are paying for the quality of the food, and the atmosphere. My wife and I celebrated our first anniversary here, and it was a wonderful evening. The food was made with detail and care - the quality was evident in the taste.
Carson was our waiter, and he was very friendly and attentive.
The hostess was respectful and helped us with a great seat with the gorgeous view of the ocean. The sunset is a site to behold.

We came here for the first time to celebrate my sister's birthday. Patrick, our server, was so knowledgeable and accommodating. All of his recommendations were delicious. We had the tomahawk, scallops and Patrick sent a creme brulee with a happy birthday plate for my sister. Everything was fantastic. The ambiance was intimate and aesthetic.
