Very disappointed in the new ownership. Unfriendly, not helpful, condescending and after many years of patronizing this location we won't be back. They're "not able" to make my 8 year old a sandwich the way she's been ordering from this location for 6 years. White bread kids sandwich with turkey, bacon and salami. Easy. Dora, if that's her name?? An older overweight woman... Is that Dora? Did she tell me her correct name? My husband and I came from the beach. And when the homes go down we want to move to Dana Point. I am aware this location is in Laguna Nigel. But borders Dana. We have been to this location last year. And the kid making our sandwiches was nice! I love Subway but my complaint about this location is that they say they're open until 8pm; however, they close and workers leave at 645-7pm and the hours have the lake Forest address even though this is laguna Niguel. My issue is with the workers who are taking advantage and leaving early which makes the company look bad. This is about the 4th time I've been to this Subway and they open late or close early.
