Stopped in with my kids and their friends for a snack. It's 4:00 and this place is so dirty inside. It's like no one has cleaned for the entire day. The trash cans are all over flowing. Tables are all dirty and sticky, the floor has trash and food. Even the window I'm sitting by is all dusty with finger prints all over. Just doesn't seem like the usual McDonald's experience. It I haven't been inside of one on a few years.
The first time I came here I asked to speak to the manager and he had an attitude even though he made it right. The second and final time I went there the cashier shorted me 10 dollars and the Manger stared/glared at me during that process. I feel like my food was thrown together sloppily as a result. The only two that were excellent with their customer service was the one who brought me my food and checked the register for my $10 which was given back to me and the young lady...read full review

The staff does not care about dine in customer service. They all know a customer is waiting to take an order and they just bypass you. Sometimes I think they are trained that way so people go to self check out. .
