“This location specifically is unmatched and it’s because they have a secret weapon; Luke. I drove all the way from Las Vegas because I heard about Luke’s sandwich making artwork and boy did he not disappoint.

First off, we were greeted promptly by a lovely staff. We then were offered to try our subs TOASTED (which if you haven’t had yet, you’re wrong). Then, we got to the magic station where our hero of the story works. I don’t know why they call it mikes way still because it should be call Luke’s way. Homie slopped it up so good I am still drooling hours after eating it.

“Ok, let's start our by establishing this a a fast food burger joint. That being said, the burger was great! As a fast burger joint, I was shocked that there were only three choices on the menu. Hamburger, cheeseburger, and a double double. All available alone or a a meal with fries and a drink. I felt like I took a step back in time to when the fast food burger joint first began. This place doesn't seem to have changed from the beginning. But they have kept it perfect! I am comparing to..McDonalds, Burger King, Fat Burger, Whataburger this place gets the crown. Very clean and staff was very friendly and professional!“

“OniGuru was such a pleasant surprise. I came in looking for something quick and fresh, but the food ended up being much better than a typical casual meal. Everything tasted clean, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared.

The onigiri had a great balance of rice, filling, and seaweed. The rice was soft and fresh without being mushy, and the fillings were generous without overpowering the whole bite. “We love their breakfast burger? It’s actually the only breakfast my son likes. We went in and they told us they no longer serve the breakfast burger all day. Today I went to San Juan and Eddie said they actually do serve them all day and the San Juan Carl’s Jr got it done for our family. I’m not sure why San Clemente is no longer doing it all day. Armando and Alex are always very helpful at San Clemente but they were not there the day I was told they don’t make them.“

Isabel is the manager and we must say that we've had nothing but a wonderful experience with her, every time we've come here. One time, we were shorted during our drive-through order and we called her, and she immediately took care of it and then some! They offer a daily special - burrito with a choice of chicken or shredded beef, served with a side of rice, beans, and chips. I did question the extra rice and beans, assuming they were included both inside the burrito and on the side. I wasn’t expecting it to be so veggie-filled (grilled onions, peppers etc) , which actually turned out to be a nice surprise. The burrito itself was on the smaller side and packed more vegetables than protein, but the flavors were still good. The salsa bar was incredible, offering a variety of flavors, although they were a bit mild, probably to cater to the local community’s taste. Overall, a solid spot worth returning to, especially to try the tacos next time!“

Their team members always communicate and work well together… they do something that is a priority in food service - THEY LISTEN!!! Every sandwich’s delicious morsel comes out perfect - your way and MIKE’S WAY - if you are doing it right.

Today, I used my FREE REGULAR SANDWICH credits (which you acquire over time by buying sandwiches and such) - and EVERY BITE is always a delicacy.

Ben took my order and inquired if I wanted my usual Chicken Salad order - but instead I opted for the Club Supreme - He started it on white bread while J.B. (Jason) packed it to PERFECTION and completed the transaction.

We have always loved Five Guys and missed the one that used to be near our Dana Point home. We happened to be near this MV location after my husband’s doctors appointment nearby. We went in and started to place our order. I thought to ask whether the buns had sesame seeds on them. It’s a small issue for most of us but for my husband it’s a now serious no-no health issue. I thought I would need to cancel the order. But the young woman taking our order spoke with the manager. She came back and suggested we use two bun bottoms! Perfect solution!
