“I live in Irvine, CA but our two local Baja's have closed. We have a remaining one but the food, service and atmosphere is 1 star. They charge for chips, sauce and are begrudging with any product.
We drive to Mission Viejo to the Baja on Alicia Parkway and it is wonderful. The staff are warm and friendly and the service and food are great. Worth the drive.“

“Robert gave beyond exceptional service on Alicia right next to the freeway here! Excellent customer service! My mom and my special needs brother were treated so horribly at the Aliso Viejo location. Many people that were trying to order there ended up just walking out. I am so happy we found this location and the service we received was outstanding! We have always loved Five Guys and missed the one that used to be near our Dana Point home. We happened to be near this MV location after my husband’s doctors appointment nearby. We went in and started to place our order. I thought to ask whether the buns had sesame seeds on them. It’s a small issue for most of us but for my husband it’s a now serious no-no health issue. I thought I would need to cancel the order. But the young woman taking our order spoke with the manager. She came back and suggested we use two bun bottoms! Perfect solution! At the Mission Viejo Mall, you'll find it located across from the food court rather than within it. I highly recommend trying their pretzels, which are made fresh onsite and in full view of customers. Their lemonade stands up well against that of similar establishments.“

The workers are so much kinder than at any other chain/franchise, and better at creating a welcoming and appetizing environment than any other Flame Broiler location. Sometimes I don't even have to recite my very unique order with special requests. They have never messed up my food and they have never been anything less than pleasant. “Since the remodeling the atmosphere at Taco Bell has become very relaxing. The work area for specialty drinks has spread out and is visible from the waiting area. They have added chairs to the waiting area which is nice for those of us who are getting older.“
