I love this El Pollo Loco. I have been coming here for years but today felt compelled to write this review after a bad experience at the Costa Mesa location on Bristol. The service at this location is exceptional. They customize items for me and go above and beyond for customers. Their food is always delicious and the dining area is spacious and clean. They understand the rewards program and thankfully dont have kiosks! Thank you La Paz El Pollo Loco.

Highest quality fast chicken around. You just cannot beat it. And the customer service is top notch.

El Pollo Loco offers a delightful dining experience with its friendly staff, fresh condiments, and delicious menu items. The pollo bowls and keto burrito are customer favorites, praised for their juicy chicken and appealing presentation. The chicken is always fresh, not overgrown, overfed, just the right size, and the marinated taste goes deep. This is one of the better El Pollo Loco locations, with good overall food and service. The only potential downside is the narrow drive-thru, which can be tricky to navigate, and the limited parking.
